Very unprofessional and lead us on to believe the houses is ours. Sent all out paperwork within two days and came back with lies and excuses and sold the house to someone else. The fact that he has the audacity to blame me. The least they could have done was be honest with us without leading as our and wasting our time.

Truthfully, when I called Keith Ian, I had completely lost faith in estate agents. We had been on the market for over a year trying to sell a very beautiful, grade II listed, house. Admittedly this is not everyone's taste but...over a year!!Ian said it was time to "shake the tree " and goodness me he certainly did! Very soon we had viewings, were under offer and sold. It wasn't a straight forward sale. Ian was diplomatic throughout....and it all went through and now we are happy in our new home.Thank you Ian !
