Very professional service from beginning to end. Used them to purchase the property in 2007 and when I wanted to sell this year used them again. All my dealings with the whole team have been professional, approachable and supportive. Would highly recommend and obviously if I wanted to use an estate agent again in the area these guys would be my first port of call.

Thank you for your feedback. Our formal complaints procedure was followed and a senior member of staff handled your complaint. Unfortunately legal action was an avenue we were forced to explore to reclaim our fee, that you had refused to pay. We were disappointed to learn about the complications lower down in the chain and provided you with the updates as we received them. We are sorry your transaction did not run as smoothly as initially anticipated.
