TrustpilotBrilliant
We had a brilliant experience with Keith Ian. Both Jordan and Ian were so involved and dealt with our queries as soon as possible. Ian was happy to get involved and relayed information to our buyers/sellers and respective solicitors as and when needed, to ensure a smooth conveyance. We would 100% recommend Keith Ian.

TrustpilotVery quick response times
Very quick response times. Even when our direct contact was on holiday the team was briefed very thoroughly and felt like a seem less transition. They sold our place after it had been in the market for over a year with another agent… They definitely are well connected. Highly recommend!!

TrustpilotAwful experience…
The worst estate agent I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with.
Dear Nadeem, as mentioned in my previous email to you I am very disappointed you feel this way. We had received two offers on your property both of which were far too low but still we were getting interest.. We had four viewings over the space of 8 days all of which you were aware of. Feedback was emailed over to you within 48 hours as the viewings were on a Saturday. Your tenant only gave us access on Saturdays which made viewings difficult and not to upset your tenant I agreed to this in case he halted all viewings! I am very sorry you feel this way and as you can see from other reviews our business is conducted to a very high standard. I wish you all the best for the future.
