Having dealt with Keith Ian Cheshunt for both a property purchase & a rental I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having had a very bad experenice with another agent in the area I found Chris & Ian to be a breath of fresh air due to their profesionalism, helpfulness & most of all honesty; Chris & Ian are a credit to their business which is a credit to the industy. Highly recommend!

When we bought our house in Buntingford, Keith Ian went above and beyond what we as buyers were entitled to as our purchase was ridden with problems. When we had to move from Buntingford, we went to them only and they sold our house quickly and then helped us again in dealing with another difficult purchase in another area. Their service has been excellent throughout and we recommend them highly.

Needed a house quickly and Keith Ian gave us first class service from day one. Helped keep in touch with the progress of the purchase and having a local agent with "boots on the ground" gave us every confidence that our purchase would move to completion quickly. No surprise that it did just that. I highly recommend this agency and would not hesitate to use them again if we needed to.

Our purchase came with quite a few delays but Chris and Ian were sure to keep us informed on latest developments and helped to identify and achieve quick solutions. We had our offer retracted for someone else very far into the process despite no error on our part and communication by Keith Ian was awful, we had to find out from our solicitors that the sale was no longer going through and we suffered great emotional distress. Would never recommend them.

First class! Providing more than I'd imagined any Estate Agent would ever do. What one requires from an estate agent is information and to know what is going on. We received detailed reports throughout the whole process. I've never experienced such a comprehensive and friendly service from an agent. All the staff at Keith Ian were very helpful and amenable. Ian, who mostly dealt with our case went above and beyond the remit of any estate agent I've ever dealt with (I've moved house a few times). He clearly has a thoroughly comprehensive knowledge and experience of his profession, and worked tirelessly, and successfully I may add, to make our chain work and our move go well.
