GoogleIf you ever see an apartment from urban bubble, whether they own it or just manage it, RUN AWAY!
It's by far the worst managing company I have ever had to deal with. I lived in 2 properties managed by them in Manchester and both had the same problems: no care, noises, parcel stolen, cars broken into, bikes stolen, people going into the building,....
Also if your property group on Facebook is managed by urbanbubble, just expect them to delete anything that will make them look bad...NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe front of house are excellent, I speak with Nicole who is always happy to help and always very professional.
The accounts department is another matter.
You can’t speak to them directly and are always dropping the ball with rent payments.
If Urban Bubble want to keep or grow the business they will need to change their accounting division.
I’m leaving 4 star, because of Nicole and the front office team, otherwise it would be a 1

GoogleUrban Bubble managed the property I rented in Manchester with my flatmate. They were incompetent throughout the tenancy and then desperately claimed £348 from our deposit. When we said we had photo and video evidence of cleaning they reduced their claim by 50% 😂😂. We then referred the dispute to TDS, and they only got £80. They are so pathetic.
