The process itself is very efficient, with all the documents able to be viewed and signed electronically. GoogleI called 5 days ago asking for a property located in Florence Road , after my initial call, Thomas Batey mentioned to us that the house couldn’t be view cause there was a newborn baby in the house, but a video was available after the completion of a questionary send by him, after all personal information was provided, he didn’t have the cortesy to replied to me , and the video of the house never was sent, such a company with this kind of Service, very disappointed !NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI could not have had a worse experience with Leaders, trying to rent a property with them is the most painful thing I have ever done. I have been mislead and lied to about current legislation and been ignored for weeks no one calls when they are supposed too no one cares. Leigh Purcell in particular is one horrendous member of staff and just lies and manipulates things to suit her own agenda. Bad viewing Bad staff Bad manners. I hope the there is someone in that company who knows what a customer is supposed to be treated and I look forward to hearing form whoever that may be. If there was an option for 0 stars I would of selected that.

GoogleThis agency are a disgrace, they were selling the same house as another agency. We were buying through the other agent, although The house was off the market and we were 4 weeks into the sale and had invested cash, these cowboys gazumped us! Yes a legal practise but an unethical one. Don’t buy or sell through these guys! They have no principles and will do the same to you. They are not even worth 1 star.

GoogleI have been a tenant in a property let by Leaders and they have been awful. Their customer service is shocking. The ladies that work in the lettings management team office are particularly rude. They are more concerned with sales than management and have been extremely slow in actioning the return of a quite substantial deposit. Each time their trust and integrity has been crucial I have been bitterly let down. Please consider another local agent. There are so many others in Walton that provide a better service.

GoogleWhen I decided to sell my flat I didn't hesitate to ask Leaders to act as the selling agent. I had previously had very good experience when dealing with them and felt confident they were the right people to market my property. They were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process. I received ample notice by either email or telephone before viewings and follow up comments. I received an excellent offer on the flat which I was delighted to accept and the closing of the sale went very smoothly thanks to Leaders very professional handling of the sale.
