First time rented a flat from Leaders. The Leaders team at Walton on Thames branch, in particularly, Tomas Batey, provided a friendly and professional service throughout the whole process, starting from arranging the viewing of the property to completion of the tenancy agreement. The only minor complaint is that not having the crucial things such as (Inventory, spare keys, info on the allocated parking and main shutoff valve for water supply etc) readily available upon completion of the tenancy agreement. However, Tom promptly dealt with it and provided the information within few hours. Overall, we have received a good customer service from Leaders office in Walton on Thames so far.
