Appaling service and really bad to no communication from the property management team. Left with no heating and hot water due to carbon monoxide leak (hazard undetected) with temperature currently dropping to -4 , with a young toddler only to be told to go and shower at neighbours who we don't even know!

Recently moved in to a property using Leaders in Walton, and have been pleased with the experience. Jess and the rest of the team have been highly accommodating and friendly, we've not had any qualms at all. When needing questions answered, the replies were prompt and helpful. Overall happy with the customer service.

GO to any other estate agent in Walton but avoid them at all cost. A very poor performance and working without integrity. They only think at how much their commission will be and have no care about the people. We have lost the money from the survey and from the architect only for their greed. They sold our property after an offer was accepted. a disgrace.

This was my first time buying my own home so I was really nervous about all the paperwork and all the unknowns but they really set mine and my fiancées minds at rest by being very proactive with their correspondence and keeping us updated with new developments in the process. We have been working with leaders for around 3 years now and have always found the property managers a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and make us feel like part of the team. Response rate to Rightmove enquiries are none existant, lame excuse we were busy! How long does it take to respond to an email? First property viewing was cancelled an hour before it was due. Property withdrawn for private let after offer, yet still listed on their website and on Rightmove (over a month on). Go elsewhere for decent service.
