GoogleI have rented a property through Leaders in Walton for the last 2 years. In this time I have found them to be extremely professional and very helpful on the few times I have had an issue. More recently I had a request, in which I feel I messed them around myself with changing my mind. In this instance, Vicki was, totally professional, very understanding, and dealt with the issue in minutes!! I cannot recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough.

GoogleLeaders office in Walton on Thames were very effective finding a tenant within relatively short period of time in challenging current market conditions and we are very pleased with the service provided. It started with initial visit by the office manager Charlie, assistance provided by Leigh taking us through completion of a tenancy agreement, and finally ongoing support provided by Vicki in promptly dealing with any queries raised by our tenant. The team has provided friendly and professional service throughout whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property agency.

GoogleWe've been renting through Leaders for the last few years and as our main point of contact with any issues or queries in their role as property manager they've always been really helpful and taken prompt action when needed especially Vicki Harbor who has been our property manager since the beginning. We've just recently ended our contract and again Vicki has made the whole process really easy - thank you Vicki for all your help over the years!

GoogleIf you're a landlord leaders are great, but if you're a tenant you're out of luck! Leaders made sure that in every way to make sure they get a lot of fees and guarantees on the contract so that when you try to leave it is an ordeal. They don't try to inform you about that when signing and sometime obscure these facts. Make sure you read the contract well and make sure you have a breakable clause which I am sure they say they cannot do!!! 100% not recommending.

GoogleI have rented my property with Leaders for the last 12 years, it can be difficult living abroad to deal with tenants but the team at Leaders have been excellent. Even when we had a tenant imprisoned (don't ask!) Vicki kept me up to date at all times and was thoroughly helpful in advising the best way to tackle the problem. Communication is the most important part of an Estate Agent's job and I cannot fault them.

GoogleBeen dealing with Leaders for almost a year and all our concerns have been addressed. Larissa worked with the owner and with us to find amicable resolution for each case. We were also advised a very affordable renters insurance by Leaders that we ended up using and that was very reasonable in our case resolution and quick to process payments. It's been a 5-star experience so far.
