Less than two weeks after the viewing, I had the keys and was ready for my new home. The Lettings Negotiator I was dealing with, Jess Murrell and her boss, Moz, worked tirelessly to make the move happen in such a short space of time. Jess was my main contact and was always really helpful and patient dealing with my many queries. Since moving in, I have been liaising with Larissa Tilley, the Property Manager, who has also been incredibly helpful and patient. I have been very impressed with the speed of Larissa's responses and am kept in the loop with where ongoing queries currently are at. If anyone is looking to rent, I would certainly recommend Leaders.

I would highly recommend the service provided by Suzy Cunningham​ as our Negotiator, throughout our process of finding a new property for me and my family! From the first time I spoke to Suzy I found her to be professional, personable, and sensitive to my particular needs on my search for a property. She from the beginning was super attentive, helpful and fought with us until the end where we really found the ideal home for us! Thanks to all her support we are so happy to know that we are moving and within 39 days we will be an even happier family! The viewings were so much more pleasant knowing she was genuinely supporting and assisting me to find a place I could call home and not just indiscriminately pressuring me to put offers in. It meant that when the property I ended up going with came onto the market, I could trust her opinion and trust my gut to make the right decision. I also want to highlight that she is just so incredibly kind. And kindness, when going through a transition like this, makes all the difference. Firstly I would like to 100% recommend the services of Leaders Walton. From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke to Jessica Murrell she acted with complete professionalism and efficiency. We were able to see the apartment we enquired about the very next day, shown by Jessica’s colleague Tom, who was so incredibly helpful and polite. We placed an offer and was so thrilled that it got accepted and in February we will be moving into our lovely apartment and we really can’t wait! We we tenants for a property managed by Leaders and they have been a pleasure to work with. Right from getting the lease papers up, to being responsive and prompt with their actions when we had anything that needed fixing to renewing and then terminating the lease - they have been very hassle free and professional. After having had some really unpleasant experiences with another famous letting agent, our relationship with Leaders has been such a relief. A special mention to Larissa Tilley who helped with such a smooth termination of contract, was very responsive and helpful throughout and it left a really good parting impression. Also a special mention to Vicki Harbor and Caroline Cox who were property managers and helped us with fixes and renewal without any hassles.
