GoogleWe had the Pleasure of dealing with Kerrie throughout our purchase and we cannot speak highly of her enough, she was fantastic. We had issues that unfortunately dragged out the sale of the property, Kerrie did her upmost to chase and push for us daily, She kept us up to date as much as possible via emails and phones calls to ensure we were fully aware of where we were at through the sale. When they say some people are suited to a job role Kerrie really is. 10/10 services from her and Dixons.

GoogleAvoid avoid avoid! Unprofessional and unreliable. We turned up at a pre-booked appointment to view a flat rental on behalf of our daughter. The agent arrived 15 minutes late, and upon arrival instead of greeting us and apologising for his lateness, he totally blanked us and walked into the building. Completely rude and unprofessional. We walked away from the viewing, and will never use or recommend Dixons again.

The second time I was phoned, which was today, the young man started to explain to me about rental etc, I do not need any advice from this company who I left after they miss managed my property
