I recently used Dixons as my letting agency to move into a rental property in Mosely, working with Eve and Eliza who work at the agency. Eve showed me round the property and was the one to hand me my keys, she was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I never met Eliza in person, however she was excellent and always on hand to answer my emails and phone calls. I would recommend both agents to anyone looking to use Bearwood Dixsons as their letting agent in the future.

My wife and I approached Aaron Tonks manager at Dixons, Bearwood when we wished to sell our late mother's house. On my first visit to the office I was introduced to Sheerie Price. She worked alongside Aaron and kept us informed on the sale of the house throughout. In spite of the covid lockdown in Spring 2020. Aaron and Sheerie worked hard on our behalf. I have recently had the pleasure of renting a property with the help of Dixons in Bearwood. Throughout the whole process the staff made it easy and straightforward. Having not rented before I probably had more questions than other renters, however they were always straight back with the answers and I couldn’t ask for more. There were two members of staff who were particularly helpful, namely Maisie and Kimberley, thanks both! I would also like to say that as this was taking place throughout the pandemic Dixons took this very seriously and implemented all the necessary precautions you would expect, including social distancing, minimising social contact, providing digital alternatives etc. So overall I highly recommend Dixons, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to move. Could not have wished for a better experience of selling a house! Sheerie the estate agent was absolutely Brilliant, if the review covered just her I would give it a 5* she was responsive, helpful, friendly and helped me push the solicitor along countless times.. I took Dixon’s Solicitors as well though and although there app was quite good the solicitor always seemed otherwise engaged and had to pester him to get anything done. Oh, where to start.. I requested a valuation for my house and was met by Sheerie who was so warm, honest and trustworthy from the offset that I decided to sell my house through Dixons.. There had been a seller drop out and further problems with another buyer but Sheerie again was very honest and commutative throughout the process. I never felt stupid for asking questions (though not experienced in the world of house sales!) or saying how I felt.
