Just purchased a flat through Dixons in bearwood, as a first time buyer I was really nervous and inexperienced with the process but Nathan and all the team at Dixons bearwood were very helpful and put me at ease and guided me the in right direction, really recommend this branch they are very friendly and happy to help and very professional , massive shout out to Nathan who was my estate agent from Start to finish he really helped me with the process and found my perfect home, would definitely use this branch again 😃

I had a very positive experience with Dixon’s Bearwood. They delivered exactly what they promised: selling my house at the right market price and within a reasonable timeframe. Their local knowledge was excellent, and they were consistently proactive throughout the process. Sarah Roper was a great first point of contact, and when the sale progressed, Nathan Blakemore took over seamlessly. Nathan was outstanding, straightforward, responsive, and solution focused. Buying and selling property is naturally stressful, and the few issues that arose were outside the agent’s control. Even so, they worked hard to find practical solutions for everyone involved, which I really appreciated.

I am a just the guarantor but I helped my friend in the process with this company and from the first moment Eve Banks was very kind and willing to help. We encountered some inconveniences along the way but Eve was always giving more than required. When we put our house on the market, we first went with another company. They were rubbish and we were not happy at all. Luckily we still had Sarahs number as Dixons had quoted us earlier. Sarah then made the time to come out and discuss our options. She helped us get out of our contract, sorted out new photos, sorted the listing with Dixons. Even helping me to dress the house which i thought was above and beyond. She arranged an open house and we had an offer the next day. All of this was within a week of us first contacting her. She was there for us all through the selling process (and i can be a very anxious person, i was contacting her a lot) liasing with solicitors and other estate agents. All in all we cant thank Sarah enough. She went above and beyond making our sale and move less stressful than it could have been. (We moved 180 miles away) I would and have recommended Dixons to anybody thinking of selling their house.

We have been renting a property in Bearwood since July this year. We are extremely happy with the property . It truly feels like home . Our service through Dixon’s Lettings in Bearwood has been exceptional. Nothing has been too much trouble for the staff at the office. We have primarily worked with Zac from first viewing the property, right through the application and tenancy acceptance process and now , most recently, with him doing a mid- term inspection of our home. I had a fantastic experience with the sale of my flat and purchase of a new one with Sarah Roper. Words cannot express my gratitude to her. Sarah was highly professional but also very personable, down to earth and "human." She was always available at the end of a text or email to allay my anxieties or concerns....she truly went above and beyond the call of duty and I believe she is like this with all her clients.
