We have been renting a property in Bearwood since July this year. We are extremely happy with the property . It truly feels like home . Our service through Dixon’s Lettings in Bearwood has been exceptional. Nothing has been too much trouble for the staff at the office. We have primarily worked with Zac from first viewing the property, right through the application and tenancy acceptance process and now , most recently, with him doing a mid- term inspection of our home. He has always worked with total professionalism, has liaised well between ourselves and our landlord and given support when minor issues have cropped up. I had a fantastic experience with the sale of my flat and purchase of a new one with Sarah Roper. Words cannot express my gratitude to her. Sarah was highly professional but also very personable, down to earth and "human." She was always available at the end of a text or email to allay my anxieties or concerns....she truly went above and beyond the call of duty and I believe she is like this with all her clients. Sarah managed to sell my flat within a week of it going on the market so I could proceed with the purchase of a flat I was desperate to get. Her colleagues Sheree and Miza also deserve a shout out as does the finance guy at Dixons (can't recall his name) for giving me such honest and transparent advice Thank you all at Dixons Bearwood.....you are fabulous.

Bethany Hinkinson at the Bearwood branch, can’t thank her enough. My parents were looking to move, she arranged a viewing that was out of her way at the last minute to accommodate them. When this wasn’t suitable she tried really hard to find something that ticked all the boxes for them. She really went the extra mile and genuinely cares. The team in the Sales have been excellent in selling my property - although still only Sold STC, but in less than a week of my property going online they arranged 9 viewings and I had 3 offers one above the asking price. They exceeded my expectations and initially I was apprehensive to instruct them due to the lack of reviews they had for their sales but cant fault the friendly service and hard work they have all put in.
