Our experience with Dixon's was brilliant. Having never rented before, they made the process so easy for us and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us in very quick turnaround. There were a lot of unavoidable complications throughout the process that could have made it all very difficult, but thanks to Kimberly we managed to be moved in by the date we needed to be. Kimberly even came in after hours for us to allow the move in to commence the following day! I would highly recommend letting through Dixon's, their staff are wonderful and this truly made the whole process a million times easier. Thanks again!

Having bought, sold, and let a property with the help of Dixons now, I would not trust any other agent with the work. They are well trained, professional and "know their stuff". Most recently, I have let my property with the help of Collette and Kim, and have found them to be competent and professional throughout. Would definitely enlist their help again. Thank you. Update September 2018 - I have recently used Dixons again to sell my property and was less impressed this time. Their sales progression team really are amazing, and do a fabulous job, particularly Sam who helped in our negotiation process. However, the sales team had some issues with my keys (both thinking they had them, then losing them) which caused unnecessary hassle in a difficult process. I will shop around for an agent next time.

First of all i would like to thank Vicky for all of her help in us purchasing our first property through Dixon's. Due to all of her hard work & for her being there to help us every step of the way with the purchase it all went smoothly without any problems, she did a brilliant job. I would also like to thank Slak for all his help & made sure everything ran smoothly with us securing our first mortgage & answered any questions or concerns that we had along the way. I was also very impressed with the service of the lettings team who were very efficient & knowledgeable regarding queries about my tenancy. My first experience ever renting out a property, I was very nervous and confused but a big Thank you to Amy Bush who made it so easy and comfortable for me to go through the process. Such a friendly and welcoming individual. My original phone call was regarding a different property, but Amy kindly offered me a different property which was much better than the initial one I had seen online! Even better she offered to show me the property within half an hour! I'm sure no other estate agency can beat that! Dixons customer service and procedures are stress free and friendly! I will recommend them to anyone who is starting new with renting or for anything I'm sure they will get the job done. I am really happy with the outcome and how fast the process was. The day that I viewed my property I received a phone call with positive news that the landlord had agreed! I was very overwhelmed because if Amy hadn't offered me this property then I would of been going round in circles getting stressed at properties that I had seen earlier in the day before which were very poor. Once again a big thank you to Amy Bush! Keep up the hard work!

I can’t rate Dixons highly enough. If I could I’d give The Bearwood branch 6 stars. Top marks go to Sam. She has been brilliant. Sam will regularly keep me and my wife updated on properties suiting our requirements. She takes the time to establish what we really want and where and will empathise with our tales of property woe. Sam has been there from the beginning of our property search and despite our viewing 60 houses without an offer being accepted, she keeps fighting to find us a house. We’re not on the market with Dixons but we wish we were. Thanks Luke and Anne

The best letting agency. They are so fast and efficient. Dixon agency have affordable renting range and reasonable worth paying ageny fees. There were no hidden charges and they are as transparent as they are. Among all the agencies i have dealt with, i would positively say, Dixon’s agency is the one. I had my best experience with Amy Bush (Letting Negotiator) , Amy was very friendly and honest. Amy was so quick that , on the day i viewed the property , was the same day i got the property. Amy rang the landlord and discussed about my counter offer for rent to the landlord while i was there , and got it fixed for the price i offered . Very Happy with the agency’s service , especially with Amy Bush.

Whilst I haven't secured and purchased a property yet, I am very satisfied with the level of service that I have received thus far. Particularly from Miza - the agent who has been my main point of contact. She is bright, cheerful and positive in her approach. Miza took time to discuss what I have in mind and really listened. As I was travelling from afar she made the effort to set up 4 viewings in an afternoon - which was just ideal. There's doing your job and doing your job well. Miza most definitely falls into the latter category.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received at Dixons Bearwood. I viewed a property and placed an offer (on the day I viewed it) and never heard back. I called back and increased my offer a few days later, once again, no offer rejection or any communication. I then emailed and asked what the update was. A few days later I see the house has been sold. Not sure why I was completely ignored. Extremely poor service and interaction from this agent. I would strongly discourage anyone from wasting their time here. I’m still at a loss why I was ignored, as I am usually very on the pulse and make offers quickly - and make it clear how much I want a property from the onset. I was willing to offer more for the house if only they’d simply communicate.

The Dixons agency, especially Chloe, has been amazing at helping myself and Tony in securing a house in birmingham near my work. Chloe was extremely understanding and helpful when I called on the 5th August to enquire about same day viewings after we had travelled from ireland that morning and were let down by another agency. She was very helpful and patient when showing us the house and answering all of our questions. She has been great with helping us with the paperwork and understanding with referencing and was patient through various obstacles. We really appreciate everything she has done.

Honestly so frustrated with Dixons. They never ever pick up the phone, they don’t respond to rightmove enquiries. It’s just super frustrating that properties I have been interested in buying are being managed by dixons. If I were a seller I would be super annoyed knowing that the people supposed to help me sell my house are doing everything in their power not to sell by intentionally not responding to enquiries
