GoogleDixons have managed my property for many years and I’ve always been very happy with their service. They have always found lovely tenants and ensured that the property is looked after and most importantly that the relationship works for both landlord and tenant. I’ve recently had some work done on the property and Josh C has done a fantastic job of coordinating the work, keeping me updated on progress and liaising with the contractor/tenant. Many thanks! Dan

GoogleIt was the best service that i had from Colette and Kimberly .I have purchased three properties from the same agent and the experience that i had was very good.They were on top of things where maintenance and Etc was needed and i was always in the picture and did not chase for anything that i had concerns about. Well done guys and keep up the good hard work.

GoogleGreat service! The purchase I made through Dixons Bearwood was a lengthy one (through no fault of Dixons). However, the manager (Sam) and her team kept me informed of progress throughout so that I knew what was going on all the time. We at Countrywide strongly refute any allegations of racism, we are proud to be a diverse and inclusive company. After speaking with the branch they have advised me they completed a financial check to ensure affordability, after you provided your income details. Unfortunately, it was too low to be able to support a tenancy on any of the properties we are advertising. The branch advised you that if you could find a guarantor we may be able to help to which you offered no reply and simply left the office without making any further comment. We are very interested to learn why you deemed this help to be discriminatory and look forward to hearing from you further about this. GoogleI had an excellent moving experience with Dixons Bearwood. Taizya-Mae and Kimberley, in particular, were a informative, professional and knowledgable and I found the whole experience to be relatively stress-free. Taizya went out of her way to bring properties to my attention and Kimbereley was a great calming presence throughout the process. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

GoogleKim is a super efficient administrator. I can't recall a situation when i had to chase or remind her. Real asset she is to Bearwood office. Add Cassandra to this make up and you have a formidable team. Credit for such a good staff goes to Collette whose leadership skill has groomed Cas and Kim so well. I wish you continued success.
