GoogleIt’s clear to see why this company has won so many awards. Richard’s professionalism and knowledge of the housing market was apparent at our first meeting. Due to the current situation with rising interest rates his expertise was welcomed. We had regular updates both by phone and WhatsApp. All the staff were great as they conducted nearly 40 viewings between them. We must make a special mention of Hannah who dealt with all the conveyancing. She is an asset to the business, her knowledge and hard work really shone through. If you are looking for top quality service then look no further then these Guys.

GoogleI would like to thank all the team at Vital Space, Aaron has helped us sell our current house and buy the house of our dreams. Samantha has introduced us to our new home and shown our current from all best angles to new buyers. Simon deserves a pay rise for the beautiful and professional photographs / films for advertising. Olivia and Richard have also helped with the selling and buying process, without you all I wouldn’t be where I am now, couldn’t thank you enough for making mine and my families dreams come true.

GoogleMatthew has been amazing in helping sorting our boiler issues at our rental home. Always calling making sure that engineer attended and if the issue is sorted. Thank you so much for the effort and kindness.

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Vital Space and couldn't be happier with their services. Their marketing (video tour, pictures & general promotion) helped sell the house on the first day of viewings. They've been available and accessible throughout the process, providing advice and guidance on the property we have purchased as well as working through the details of the property we sold with them. From start to finish their offering has been fantastic, couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThe entire VitalSpace team were fantastic throughout the entire process of my property purchase. A wonderfully friendly and hard working team who I cannot thank enough for their role in helping me undergo this process! Cannot recommend or speak highly of them all enough, thank you all for being so thorough, supportive and approachable. I’m very happy to be in my new home but will weirdly miss everyone on the team :)

GoogleThoroughly recommended!!! We cannot fault Vital Space for the way the dealt with our house purchase. Hester in particular has been amazing, she set up a WhatsApp group and was keeping us informed at every steps of the way, passing information to and from the seller. She’s been invaluable and we can’t thank her enough.

GoogleWe were thrilled right from the beginning, throughout the purchase process, and until the completion. John, our estate agent, showed us both properties, and he even went above and beyond his duties by showing us two at the same day. Today, we happily finalized the purchase with Hannah, who not only handed us a key, but surprised us with an umbrella as a present, just in time before the storm! I highly recommend Vitalspace and the entire team. They kept us updated throughout and provided us with valuable assistance. If you're thinking buying with them, consider yourself lucky!

GoogleOutstanding from the initial viewing straight through to completion. Dealt with a few agents during my search and VitalSpace were by far the best. Hannah and Richard handled my case for the most part and both were excellent! Very open with me throughout, gave me guidance where needed, were accommodating to any requests I had and even helped put me in touch with some contractors to carry out future renovations. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. 10/10 overall!

GoogleWe have a had a phenomenal experience with Hester at Vital Space! We cannot thank her enough, she kept us informed throughout the process and did an amazing job after our original estate agent decided the job wasn’t for him and shut up shop. We would give more stars if we could!

GoogleVery professional and quick acting after a very difficult and complicated issue that if I'm honest I was reluctant to resolve however Richard was very accommodating and went above my expectations for customer service, I am very appreciative.
