I cannot believe how helpful and friendly theses guys are. We bought a house through them 7 months ago and have only just discovered that we completely forgot the code and did not write it down. I messaged Richard late on Monday evening on the off chance he could help and within 10 minutes he had called back with the code. They are super friendly, always willing to help. Great to deal with. Quick to respond. Friendly and helpful. My wife and I used vital space for our house sale. We had a couple of different estate agents around to value our home but found that Robert Wareing from Vital Space took the time to answer questions and was respectful of our home. The fees were reasonable compared with the competition, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. They have an online system which keeps you up to date and a WhatsApp group where you can ask questions which Hannah Laybourn and a few others answered promptly and comprehensively, I found this very helpful. We viewed a few houses with Sam Rickard from Vital Space as well, who turned up on time and actually knew a thing or two about the houses we looked at, which helped us decide on our purchase. All in all we received a great service from Vital Space and I would recommend that if you want to sell your house with a professional and dedicated team then look no further.

VitalSpace have been absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be more grateful for their help in selling our flat. As victims of the UK cladding scandal, we had been unable to sell our flat despite wanting to move for over 3 years. When our buyer received a mortgage offer, we thought it would be straightforward to sell, especially without a chain, but it turned out to be anything but simple as solicitors on both sides (ours and our buyer's) made the process incredibly painful and dragged it out for much longer than necessary. VitalSpace relentlessly pushed both sets of solicitors to actually do something, when it was clear they would rather do nothing or the bare minimum to make it appear like they were doing something. Sometimes it would take over a week to get an update or a reply to the most basic of requests from our solicitor - compared to VitalSpace who would always be available to discuss over the phone or by message, it was like night and day. We have now finally completed on our sale and we firmly believe that it would never have happened without having VitalSpace as our estate agents. Their representatives (Richard, Hannah & Olivia) were personable, gave us helpful guidance throughout the process, and completely professional. A top-quality service from a top-quality company, it has been worth every penny. If you're looking for an estate agent who can help make moving house (a very stressful process) go more smoothly - we cannot recommend VitalSpace enough! Jason & Amy.
