I have lived in 11 rented properties over the last 13 years. VitalSpace are the most effective and professional agency I have had the pleasure of dealing with from start to finish in all areas of tenancy. The move in process was a highly thorough yet user friendly explanation of how the move in process works with your bills and issue reporting. All very well documented and concise. Over the duration of my tenancy I had various issues with my window and plumbing (Not VitalSpace's fault). These issues were dealt with rapid response with no cost to myself. I moved out and was asked politely to compensate £40 for a hob vent cleaning. I agreed this was ok as it was the single and only item I forgot to clean. This to me means they are incredibly honest and will not attempt to convert your bond at the end of your tenancy. I am sad to be leaving. For context I am leaving a 1 star review on my current tenancy company (Manchester based ASCEND) as in the first week they lied about the contents of the apartment when I moved in. They also attempted to induce me into a 3rd party contract by lying about a non-existant clause in my tenancy agreement. I discovered this mis-selling and have received an apology for the commercial operations manager. If you see a listing with VitalSpace on go for it with confidence. I would like to commend Richard and his team on what a fantastic service Vital Space Urmston have provided me to date. From the outset, booking the viewing, the viewing with Samantha and the follow up after the viewing the service provided by the team has been first class. I have been looking to buy a property for months now and I can say with my hand on my heart there are some estate agencies out there that should not be allow to operate and from reading their online reviews provide bad service as standard to their customers. I was telling my sister I was going to write this email whether my offer was accepted or not as the service provided was exceptional. The communication provided as been on point with a cheery disposition shows your customers that the team enjoy their job. Richard and team keep doing what your doing as you are setting the standard which other estate agencies are failing to reach let alone exceed. Keep up the good work Dawn

Absolutely first class service all through the process, couldn't fault it or ask for a more professional service. Buying or selling a house is typically a stressful experience, add COVID-19 on top of that and you'd expect it to be even more challenging! However this team had it all covered, from the initial sales experience with Richard to the support of the viewing team (John & Adam) and then progressing the sale with the lovely Hester, made this process as smooth, professional and as stress free as they could for me. Not your average estate agent experience, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vital Space.

I have never met a more proactive estate agent. I wasn't actually going to sell, I was just browsing in their Urmston branch. Richard approached and through conversation mentioned he had lots of buyers in my area and one was looking at other properties on my road (despite my scepticism, it was indeed the truth) In fact he was taking them to view the other property that day and he could also bring them to mine. So one minute I am shopping in Sainsbury's and the next I am heading home to tidy for a viewing! Richard was excellent, he showed me lots of fair comparables and I achieved 15k over others on the street. What sets him apart is he is honest. The absolute truth is I had one viewing that day, one offer and it went through swiftly. The house didn't make it to Rightmove and I didn't have a sign, it was all through his proactive approach. So yes, I cannot recommend Richard and his team highly enough. I'm now sat in my new home and I couldn't be happier.

I can't recommend VitalSpace enough. As a buyer I found the viewings with VitalSpace stood out: specifically the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the properties & had better availability than most when booking appointments. This was the driving reason I chose VitalSpace to sell my property and I'm so glad I did. Despite the time it took us to find somewhere and the numerous issues we faced with the house we eventually purchased, VitalSpace did everything they could to keep things on track and make the process as stress free as possible. I'd especially like to thank Adam for all the hard work he put in on our original open day, and Hester for moving things along and chasing everyone in the chain. Richard has VitalSpace running perfectly and I can't thank him enough for all his help over the past year.

Hi Richard and team, sorry for the late review. We sold our house in June 2018, myself and my wife can honestly say the vital space team are hands down one of the best companies we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with EVER!! From the inital fantastic first meeting with Richard, the excellent work from Hestor with the conveyancing side and a special mention to John who told us the best area in Warrington to move into, the service we recieved from all the team at Vital space was second to none and 5 stars really don't do justice to the service we recieved. Granted, Vital space are more expensive than other estate agents but where its just a business to places like Home etc, at vital space they never put any unwanted preasure on us at any one time and helped us massively in selling our 1st home. Richard and his team provided a service far superior to the other agents that we dealt with in the area, with regards to both selling our house and viewing others. Really pleased with theses guys from start to finish. I have bought and sold with them. When selling Richard did the valuation and took photos and his photos were amazing. Aaron showed people around and he was my fave of the team as he advised well throughout the viewings and helped me get the best price I think. There is also a really nice guy called John who was available it seemed at any time I am sure I called him at 7pm once and he answered. Hester in the office was also great when I had questions about the legal process. Not the cheapest but I my opinion the best.
