GoogleHaving dealt with many agents, I cannot endorse Vitalspace highly enough. Richard and the team went above and beyond during a difficult and lengthy sale. He kept me informed, chased up with the buyer's solicitors, gave advice, returned calls promptly and was professional throughout. Richard has restored my faith in estate agents, not an easy task, well done and thank you!! A perfect way to sell a home, working with people who are just really nice to do business with.

GoogleGreat team with bags of experience. Good straight forward advice given from the start by Richard. Although the sale process was slower than I would have liked, this was down to solicitors, however the team at VitalSpace were very helpful in chasing up and assisting with updates. Everything you could ask for in an estate agency. We would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling in the area. Thankyou Richard and the team :)

GoogleIt would be remiss of me not to express my deep gratitude to VitalSpace for handling the sale of my late Mum's property. It was a sad time losing my Mum, and selling/buying homes can be extremely stressful at the best of times. Pleased to say that such a burden as this was relieved from me right away. From the proactive contact it became very evident from the get go that I could simply 'rest' the process safe and sound in the hands of VitalSpace, without the need on my part to hassle or micro-manage anyone. A big regret on my part, but VitalSpace was not my first choice, simply because I didn't know who were the good and bad Estate Agents. The first Agent in contrast was lethargic, leaving me to chase things up. There was no refreshing of their webpage, and it became evident that once the property was listed, that was pretty much it. There was minimal contact, the 'human touch' was lacking. Computer's don't sell. They might create awareness and first point of contact, but after that there has to be push, drive and enthusiasm. Vitalspace has all these attributes, in buckets full. Cognisant of these observations, may I therefore extend my gratitude to one and all at Vitalspace. You are a synergistic, high performing team, that get the job done. Everyone I spoke to had a heart and genuine commitment. GoogleBest estate agents around. I received outstanding service from the team (specifically, Richard, Aaron and Hester) from start to finish. They are all such professionals and are experts at what they do. Richard, the director, took photos of the property like a professional photographer (and turns out he's handy with cars too; he gave my car a jumpstart after the battery died while I was trying to move my car from the drive way!). Aaron was outstanding with the updates he provided for the sale of my house and Hester expertly dealt with the sales progression and correspondence between myself and the buyers. GoogleI was a little bit worried following previous experience with poor letting agents but we were re assured by the professional nature of the way that we were spoken to by Matthew in the lettings department. He was very knowledgeable and reassured us that we would be well looked after and respected. GoogleThe agency has been extremely helpful throughout my entire tenancy. Securing my flat at the start was straightforward and handled professionally. During my time living there, any repair issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. Even at the end of my tenancy, the agency and Richard provided great support with the moving-out process and ensured fairness between me and the landlord. I especially appreciate Richardβs personal effort in negotiating with the landlord to offer me an extension, which I valued highly.

GoogleOur sale commenced in September when the market was turning against property sales (interest rates on the rise & getting late in the year) - VitalSpace steered us through a process of finding a buyer quickly, but whom we unfortunately lost, then another buyer was found and the sale from then on proved to be straight forward. High tenacity, good judgment and clear communication through entire process is the viewpoint I have. Reasonable price too which never changed from quote. No hesitation in recommending to others.
