All aspects of the Sale journey with VitalSpace Estate Agent was dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. With a WhatsApp group setup from day one I could ask questions to multiple people whenever needed, everyone was aware of viewings, offers and more. The viewings were dealt with really well in a timely manner, any issues I had with my sale were promptly answered and solved - would highly recommend to anybody!

I recently rented through Vital Space, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. A special shout-out to Sam, who was amazing throughout. He was always on hand to answer any questions I had, made sure I was kept in the loop at every stage, and was genuinely helpful in making the whole experience as easy as possible. It's rare to find such excellent customer service, and Sam went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Vital Space to anyone looking to rent!

We had a fantastic experience with Vital Space who recently sold our house and helped us with our house search for our new home. They helped us to sell our house quickly and were so helpful with helping us find our new home too. Brilliant support and communication at each step of the process. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much Vital Space!

I cannot recommend Vital Space enough; they are truly the best estate agents in Manchester, without a doubt. The photographs they took were stunning and showcased the house to its full potential. The online portal is exceptional, and having a dedicated WhatsApp group provides peace of mind, knowing that someone is always available if needed. They are professional, patient, organised, and, above all, they communicate regularly. They guided me throughout the entire process, and any questions I had were addressed promptly. We encountered some difficulties with the solicitors, but Richard resolved those issues immediately. They are just the best.

Vital Space was hands down the best estate agents i'd dealt with in my year long search for a new home. It started with Aaron who was incredibly helpful over the phone, talking me through his recommendations for the New Islington area and his thoughts on flat 112. Then Robert was super genuine and transparent during me visits; he was open and I trusted everything he said. They created a groupchat as soon as the offer was accept which also put my mind at ease a lot. Hannah was excellent and patient when dealing with my silly questions and was always prompt with requests. Same with Rich, who talked me through a lot of the nuances around issues which came up - this helped the decision making process a lot easier and even saved the deal collapsing. This wouldn't have happened if it didn't trust him, but I did throughout. Olivia was also a superstar behind the scenes. I will undoubtedly have a couple more silly questions further down the line but know that the people at Vital Space will be there to support.

We couldn’t recommend VS enough, we used them for the sale of our property in a market which was slowing down and they did an amazing job for the whole process. They got the house on the market incredibly quickly with really good photos and then the house sold in less than a week. Richard was brilliant with managing the offers we received and got us exactly (if not more) than what we wanted to achieve price wise. We then had Hannah who was managing the process post sale and what a lovely and patient lady! Even when we were getting frustrated with the chain Hannah remained calm and level headed and always had a sensible thought process and advice for us! The service was honestly second to none and I honestly don’t think the house sale would have been as successful without VS. A credit to Urmston at having such a good local estate agents!

Vital Space were amazing with us! We were new to private renting so didn’t have any experience of the procedures involved. However when we found our perfect home by luck, we were given an immediate viewing slot the very morning I rang Vital Space to enquire about it. At the viewing Sam was very friendly and helpful and advised us to act immediately so that we had the best chance of securing the property. He gave us advice on filling out the application form. Sure enough we bagged our dream home thanks to the Vital Space team who worked rapidly to ensure everything went smoothly for us! We would highly recommend them!

The words I write in this review do not do Vital Space and specifically, Hester, justice! We had a particularly difficult move with a short time frame, long chain, difficult personalities and 2 houses to sell but Hester was there for me every second of the way, not only to give professional advice and satisfy all queries I had, but to be a listening ear and a friendly face when I just needed to vent. Thankyou so much for every thing you have done for us, we honestly are eternally grateful, you made an extremely stressful and unsettling time easy, calm and provided clarity at every turn - I can't recommend a company enough!

Vital Space have been amazing to deal with, and have taken a lot of hassle out of what is typically a stressful process. From initial valuation, to viewings, to the sale completion, I’ve always been confident they’ve been giving us the best service possible at every stage. Richard, Rob, Olivia and particularly Hannah have been excellent. I would 100% recommend Vital Space if you’re looking to sell your property.

Richard and his professional, attentive and capable team at Vital Space made our house sale a much easier process than we ever anticipated. We knew we were in great hands throughout the journey. Dealing with a sale and purchase at the same time was naturally not without its issues, but regular updates from team gave us full confidence everything was moving forward until completion. We now use Vital Space for renting out our property as we were so impressed and are extremely pleased with their service. Well done to all, it’s great that you provide such a customer focused bespoke service.

We wanted to say a huge thank you to Richard and his whole team at VitalSpace. It is very rare to find a true combination of delivering market leading excellence in his chosen profession but also an ability to achieve this whilst maintaining an intrinsically ethical and human outlook. Richard is this rarity and the culture of his organisation reflects him. Having researched all our options, when we found ourselves in a very difficult financial and personal position, I made the decision to entrust Richard with the sale of our family home and finding us a suitable place to live. All this in an increasingly difficult marketplace and with certain strict time specific and scenario based targets for him to achieve. I always trust my research but also my instincts upon meeting someone. Richard was honest, knowledgeable and understanding in our meeting and in our subsequent dealings and he and his team have since delivered at all levels. A businessman but at the same time a lifesaver for myself and my family. As the late, great Douglas Adams once wrote “to give real service, you must add something that cannot be bought or measured in money, and that is sincerity and integrity”. Thank you once again Richard and team for your truly “real service”.

The team at Vital Space were brilliant throughout. The viewing by Samantha was really informative and she had clearly done her research on the property and its history before showing us around. Once we were through the offer stage, I can't thank Hannah enough for how helpful and kind she'd been throughout a stressful first time buying experience. She constantly kept us up to date on what was going on and was always empathetic and friendly. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Fantastic service from Vital Space and a huge thanks to Hannah for her continuous drive for the sale of our house, Hannah really went over and above and pushed for the whole chain when others estate agents were not. Would highly recommend vital space. We were hesitant at first as vital space are one of the bigger companies in urmston and though the service might have been diluted as a result of this, however this was not the case at all. I also think Aaron is a brilliant, he showed me around our house years ago when we bought it and was just as great when he came to show potential buyers around the house and took a real interest when we were showing him round.

As a tenant, I highly recommend Vital Space Estate Agents, especially Sam who was incredibly helpful and responsive. He made the process of finding a rental property smooth and stress-free. My partner and I had tried several other agencies but weren't able to find anything suitable until we contacted Vital Space again. We had previously rented with them and were impressed with their service. Throughout the process, Matthew was always available to answer any questions and was incredibly helpful. The steps we needed to take were made clear and transparent. I would highly recommend VitalSpace for all your renting needs.

We were passed over as clients to Vitalspace after another local agent stopped trading. We had been trying to progress and complete our sale for 10 months with the previous agent, however once we moved over to the team at Vitalspace the sale was completed and we had the keys all within 3 weeks! To say I am impressed with them would be an understatement. They are professional, friendly, understanding and problem solvers. Hester is a star!! ⭐️ I have lived in Urmston all my life and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area and beyond.

A brilliant estate agents from day one to end of tenancy. After deciding to find a place to rent, myself and a friend registered our interest in a VitalSpace property. Despite the property not being right for us in the end, Sam took down what we’d be after and showed us places that fit the bill, the first of which we loved and signed for. Now at the end of our tenancy, Matthew was always available for any queries or questions and was beyond helpful. What we needed to do was transparent throughout. Would thoroughly recommend VitalSpace for your renting needs.
