I've just bought my first home through VitalSpace and from the first viewing, right up until the exchange, they have been amazing. Samantha did my viewings and was so warm and welcoming, which was vastly different to viewings I was doing with other local companies Hannah looked after me the rest of the way and was again, so warm and so helpful. She would often update me on what was happening a day ahead of my own solicitor, so they're very attentive and thorough. Hannah went above and beyond and when my solicitor told me something couldn't be removed from the property, Hannah got this sorted in a matter of days. I found their approach comforting and I trusted them. I'd recommend VitalSpace Urmston to anybody buying or selling.

We have used Vital Space for Purchase and Sale in the past. Latest was the Sale of my property. The Communication from sale to completion from the Team was amazing. Particularly Hannah’s ability to co-ordinate between Clients, Solicitors and other Estate Agents was outstanding, not an easy process for a large chain but Hannah achieved this with the upmost Professionalism, Patience and respect for all. Recently made my 4th house purchase through Vital Space (and arguably the most protracted). From start to finish, the service provided was, yet again, exemplary. Hester was incredibly helpful and professional, particularly during the more difficult moments of the purchase. Sam was a pleasure to deal with when viewing potential properties and in showing prospective purchasers around our property. My wife and I have viewed a lot of properties over the last few years and it had started to feel like the only job of the estate agent was to simply unlock the door and leave you to it, the house can sell itself. We then recently viewed a property with Samantha from vital space and it was how it should have always been. She came prepared, knowing the history of the property, from when it was built, to the work that had taken place in the intervening years. She highlighted key features and was excellent at answering all our questions. She was clearly passionate about her work and endeavoured to get to know us so she could understand what we were looking for in a property. We also didn't feel rushed when viewing the property which is a change from the 5 minute rush arounds that we had become accustomed to from other agencies. Thank you Samantha.

From start to finish I honestly couldn’t fault any of the team at Vital Spaces. Our property had been back on the market with another agent for a few months with no luck, after the sale had fallen through just before completion, but since returning to the market there had been very little interest. As well as considering other options I also looked into whether we needed a new agent. The first call with Robert immediately set me at ease, he was professional, polite, extremely positive and proactive. Within a few days he’d arranged to get the keys and to take professional photos and a video tour of the property, which I feel really made a difference and showed the property honestly but also in it’s best light. Then within a few days of the listing going live, multiple viewings were booked in and we accepted a really good offer after only a week. The process since the offer was accepted was just as proactive, Hannah constantly had her finger on the pulse and really helped drive things through to completion. We were nervy considering this was our first property sale, and having been mucked around for months before the previous buyer pulled out, I felt confident that Hannah knew what she was doing and knew what we needed too. Overall it was such a positive experience, and working with Robert, Hannah and Richard was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They worked and behaved with professionalism and also with great care and attention.

Richard was honest and experienced in his valuation and marketing approach and our home was under offer within a week of going on the market! We faced a few hurdles throughout our sale and purchase process and the Vitalspace team were amazing at supporting us through these and keeping the chain together and process progressing - we wouldn’t have had the outcome we did without them! This is by far the best agent I've dealt with, for the fee you get so much more of a service from this modern agent. Kept informed at every stage, great staff, especially the ones that conduct the the viewings. The Director is hands on and knows the market and can be trusted with the best advice. Shame the system has not improved in the sale process, but this is down to Red Tape not the agent.
