GoogleWe've had our rental property with VitalSpace for a couple of years now. Before that we bounced around agents between tenancies because they were all so dreadful. VitalSpace are the absolute example of what a good agent should be. They are always helpful, they're efficient and keep us up to date on everything we need to know about our property. They handle everything with professionalism and care. If you have a rental property and want it managed then this is the team you need!

They made sure the sale progressed, following up on anything that needed doing. As we were not in the local area during the sale, they took care of so much more than you would normally expect from an Estate Agents - I highly recommend them!

GoogleThis is the second time I have used Vitalspace to move home. This time, things were a little bit trickier due to the changing economy. I can not express my gratitude enough for the time and effort shown in selling my home. I still cannot believe how quickly they sold it. I also received more than I expected to for it. All of the staff have been really helpful & friendly. They have shown me that selling my home doesn’t have to be one of the most difficult things we do in life. I cannot thank these guys enough.

They were helpful through the entire process; updating us on progress, keeping on top of our solicitors and helping us with final negotiations with the vendor. Richard Antrobus, the Director, has been very supportive. It is clear, that customer service and customer satisfaction is valued by all of the staff. We would highly recommend their services and Vital Space will be our first choice when we are ready to sell our house.

GoogleI Viewed a beautiful new 2-bedroom property with VitalSpace Estate agency last week however i had a few reservations and had a few questions regarding the apartment. My adviser got back to me the same day with the answers to my queries and made sure I understood the process from there onwards. I was impressed with the efficiency and service. GoogleVitalspace were recommended to me by a friend who had used them before for his house sale. I was considering using an online agent but I am so glad that I didn’t. From start to finish the service that I have received selling my house has been excellent. All the way through I have had lots of help and support especially from Richard who was very patient with me. Infact, whole team were fantastic from managing bookings to dealing with other agents. I actually had compliments from other agents saying how efficient and informed the team were about my sale when they made enquiries. I would definitely use them again and I will highly recommend them to my friends.

FacebookWe bought our first house through Vitalspace. They were professional, punctual, thorough and quick throughout the whole process. We went from viewing to collecting the keys in 5 weeks! GoogleWe received excellent service from VitalSpace despite them not being our estate agents. Richard supported us to move the sale along and ensured all parties in our chain were kept informed. Richard promptly returned calls, even out of hours and even his colleagues were very helpful in his absence giving the impression of a strong team approach.
