GoogleWe didn't buy the house through vital space but thankfully they were involved in the chain, it was vital space who we were contacting when it came to crunch time because they are responsive and reliable. I felt Hester and Richard's dedication and not taking no for an answer really helped us move in quicker and as a result stopped any potential deadline related issues. I couldnt recommend vitalspace and its staff enough, I will be suggesting them to anyone who asks.

They kept me informed and were effective with all parties to get the sale over the line. They dealt with solicitors, third parties, mortgage brokers. Absolute pleasure to do business with and I have no issue using or recommending them to anybody in future.

GoogleWe worked with VitalSpace on the purchase of our new home and have finally exchanged contracts today. We were part of a difficult and complex chain of purchases, and Hester (Progression Manager) in particular went above and beyond in order to chase up the entire chain and ensure we made it to exchange of contracts. We don't envisage moving house again, but if we do it'll be VitalSpace that we approach!

GoogleTrying to get a viewing of a property over the last three days finally got through after atleast 10 calls this morning and told that I could not view because the open day was ‘full’ defeats the whole object of an open day surely however given current circumstances I can appreciate some changes need to be made. When I asked when the next viewing date was I was told there won’t be one. Being a home owner myself I would want everyone in a proceedable position to look at the property so the vendor can achieve the highest price. I was not asked my buying position once just simply “its full!” Classic lazy estate agent not working for the highest price for the vendor and just wanting to get a sale.

FacebookAbsolutely excellent service from all at Vital Space; from valuation of our own home, through the many viewings and offers, and onward to exchange and completion. Hester dealt very diligently with the progression of the sale and communicated with us on a regular basis, as did the rest of the team throughout all stages. I think we've dealt with everyone in the business at some point, but is not a negative in any way; it meant they could be flexible on conducting viewings and we had access to information and updates at all times as anyone could access our 'case' on the computer system if somebody else was out of the office or on the phone. The "My Property" portal online was also a great tool to keep up to date, for viewings and offers in particular. Clearly a well managed and customer-focussed operation! Very impressed and would highly recommend.
