GoogleI have used Premier Properties several times for selling my house over the years. In January of this year they sold my house in less than a week, from their list of people who viewed some of their previous properties they managed to match 5 who were interested in mine. Both Ray and Stephen provide a first class service. I would highly recommend as they know the local market inside out.

TrustpilotFailure
I've had ongoing problems with my boiler resulting in no heating or hot water. This has been going on for almost a year and tonight I'm very cold and I can't bathe my 20 month old daughter. No resolution has come from the company. Disappointed and upset is a huge understatement.

Hi Katherine, We are very disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the service you have received. We have sent engineers four times to the property from 3 separate contractor firms each time a different solution was recommended and carried out at significant cost yet the problem persisted. It has been very difficult to be able to make a decision on what to do as the boiler was no that old and considering most of the major components had been replaced. On your latest report, we decided to replace the boiler and had this done in a couple of days. We would kindly ask if you could reconsider your review.

TrustpilotA very professional service
Very professional service provided by Stephen who was our main contact. He kept us informed throughout and worked hard to get the very best possible price. As a first time seller Stephen made the whole process really easy. I would recommend him without hesitation.

GoogleCurrently renting through this company and have been waiting 3 weeks (so far) for my broken shower to be fixed. Have contacted the office multiple times asking for an update and keep being told 'they'll call you by the end of the day' and then radio silence. Hoping this review will get my shower fixed ASAP, as being polite and patient doesn't work.

TrustpilotStop don't give any deposit
Stop don't give any deposit, This women spent my daughter in law deposit money on her self, Trading Standards shut her letting side of business as she spent the landlord's Tennant Deposits which should have been put in a government secure deposit account. It wasn't she spent it. So please don't give a deposit, go to a estate agent you can trust.
