Premier Properties - Reliable, honest & trustworthy Company

I found dealing with Stephen of Premier Properties was a positive experience. He explained the process of selling and buying property in a clear, easy to understand way and basically took all the hard work away from us when selling our home. The support we received from all Premier staff was absolutely fantastic, they were always there at the end of the phone to advise when we had any queries. Gary Anderson from Access Mortgages put us in touch with Premier and Gary too was a great help, always there at the end of the phone to advise and support. All in all, our experience with this company was 100% positive in all areas. I'm absolutely delighted with the experience.

Thank you everyone at premier properties

I can not recommend and thank everyone at Premier properties enough. My house went to a closing date after only being on the market for 4 days and with only 3 days of viewings and we got 9 amazing offers. I could not be happier. I bought my first property from them and they were great, so when it came to selling it was an easy choice to make. They arranged for my home report to be carried out and they also recommended an amazing solicitor and mortgage advisor. They guided me through the process and put my mind at ease with everything. Great customer service from the beginning. They also advertised my property on every platform that I can think of. Thank you so much everyone at premiere properties.

Really dissapointed with this Company. I have sent all the documents that they requested for the rental of a property, replying to the email they have sent and they said they never received my email and that the property has been picked already. I can't believe it! How unprofessional this is.

I viewed a property and handed in ally paper work and was informed the person dealing with the property would get back to me the next day didn't hear a thing phoned them back In a couple of days but the person dealing with the property wasn't in and would phone me back but didn't happen so had to phone again and got to speak to person dealing with property and was informed they where waiting to hear from the landlord and would be in contact once spoken to landlord a week after my paper work had been in still hadn't heard anything I phoned and emailed on several occasions with some response but no phone call returned I'm still waiting to hear now which I think is shocking and terrible customer service at the fact I've had to chase them and I've still not heard anything

We approached Premier Properties…

Fantastic Service We approached Premier Properties (Steven), looking for a valuation on our property as we were looking to move. The service provided was quick, efficient and informative and, after acting upon some of Steven’s professional advice, our house was on the market. We were kept up to date with viewings and feed back and, with the great marketing and advertising offered, our house sold in just over a week. If you are looking to sell, or even just seeking advice, I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent

Andrew from Premier Properties has been excellent. He done exactly what he said he would, found a good tenant quickly and the tenant has now been in for 6 months with no issues. Ever month I get a detailed statement. If I ever have any questions they are dealt with quickly. Premier Properties as a complete contrast to my last letting agent, at first because of my terrible experience I was only going to use them to find a tenant, I am very happy I decided to get them to manage the property. I would fully recommend.

As we have used Premier Properties for a few years now as our letting agents, we had no hesitation in using them to sell our home. The service they provided from start to finish was first class. We were delighted with the portfolio presentation online and because of this we sold our home in under one week. We would have no hesitation in using their services again and we would definitely recommend to others.
