Hi Karen Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We understand that this is in relation to a recent interest you had in one of our rental properties and that an application was accepted before you had the chance to submit your own information. However, having checked our records we can see that the property you were interested in was fully available for almost 2 weeks after you were given the application forms. We’re sorry you missed out on the property on this occasion however we’d be happy to discuss any other property we have available should they be of interest to you. If you wish to discuss things further please dont hesitate to contact us on 01698 322 555. Thanks.
