We have dealt with both Stephen and Ray at Premier Properties frequently over the last year or so, requiring their services in both letting and sales. I can’t fault their service at all, with Stephens knowledge of landlord and legal requirements and advice when dealing with tenant issues being first class. Ray has been the point of contact when dealing with the sale of property and he has gone far beyond the usual level of service and communication keeping me updated out of hours and securing offers higher than our expectations on all occasions. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Premier Properties again for both rental and sales transactions.

Unlawful eviction/ intimidation, and illegal forced entry amd threats. I was a 3 year tennent and they have gave false eviction notices

Stayed at property for 3 years, was several 28 notice eviction with the only explanation "home owner is moving back from abroad and "she tends to move into property" no grace no time to arrange somewhere else to stay. Turns out home owner is a guy, and he isint abroad. When I asked for affidavis they then had the landlord and other guys bang in the door intimidating me and threatening to rip me out the house. I filmed them and reported to the police, ive had nothing but problems and gary the owner is known for using legal technicalities to benefit him and the home owners to maximize profits. Dont take my word for it look at the reviews.

Most dishonest people

Most dishonest people, after paying advance when our plan changed and we wanted refund they initially said will take 30days even after 50days money was not refund. So went directly to their office and after a huge alteration received cheque in an envelope without signature. When confronted with staff she said sorry missed it. Then again after 30 got the cheque signed. When the same cheque was deposites it bounce without balance. When again reached out to the salesperson he very arrogantly says go give police complaint. Iam just an employee and don't call me. We are told to ignore calls from you. Please be very careful with these dishonest crucks.

We were unfortunate to have our house sale fall through twice due to potential buyers circumstances and when this happened, Stephen wasted no time in getting the property back on the market and we had viewers almost every night. This agency cannot cope with the amount of properties they have to let, continually promise to call back and don’t, no response to emails, even when I went into their office to speak to them face to face after the property I was supposed to view was let out there was no accountability or apology, don’t waste your time if you are looking to rent a property through them. We bought a property that Premier Properties were advertising on behalf of their client. I mainly dealt with Ray and found him to be both friendly and professional. Communication was good; he responded to my emails/returned my calls in a timely manner and was able to get answers to my questions, which included liaising with his client. We even got a 'move in' box when we went to pick our keys up - something we were surprised didn't come from our own estate agent/solicitor!? Would happily recommend/use Premier Properties, based on our experience.
