I first contacted Premier Properties to enquire about a property. Marlene was great to deal with & gave me all the info required. She also put me in contact with one of her colleagues Denise as I was looking for some mortgage advice. I have to say Denise has been fantastic with all her advise & guidance re my mortgage & insurance polices etc. Stephen was also very helpful. All 3 put me at ease & I felt comfortable discussing my options. The service I have recieved so far has been 1st class, all this from them when facing the challenges of working from home during this crazy time.

I first viewed a house on Premier Properties that’s when I was introduced to Steven. He guided me through the full process of making an offer and through the process of putting my house on the market my house was advertised perfectly and through many platforms. That’s when Marlene took over keeping in touch with me and organising my viewers perfectly my house was sold within 7 days amazing company can’t recommend them highly enough. If your are thinking of useing this company do not hesitate. Thanks Steven and Marlene.

This is the worst letting agent ever

This is the worst letting agent ever. They never answer calls, they don’t respond to maintenance issues. Several times we had issues with the washing machine and they took weeks to resolve. Now what makes things worse is they are delaying/refusing to return deposit despite us paying our rent on time every month.

Mike gunning was our advisor.cant speak highly enough of him.we were 1st time buyers and mike guided us through the process. We both got nervous at times when dealing with the mortgage broker and would phone mike alot to get updates and advice. It was never a bother to him and he always put our mind at ease and reassured us even although we must have been hard work!.Would highly recommend Mike Gunning and Access mortgages

I have been impressed with Premier Properties. I have been searching for a property for some time. The staff have always been patient with my questions, encouraging during my searches, efficient in their communications, and prompt in their actions. The process for purchasing the property is ongoing, and I am confident it will be completed in the same manner. Thank you Ray.
