A lot can still change in the remaining part of the year. All you need is a resourceful investment that can change your financial life. I never thought I could make it big on Forex and Crypto trading until I came across the most amazing manager ever. Mrs. Elizabeth Bays has been a blessing to me ever since I met her. I started with an investment of $500 and within 7 days, I was able to make a profit of $6,850. I'm very grateful to Mrs. Elizabeth Bays for all her good works, She's indeed a Godsent to me and my family.I recommend her to anyone who needs a financial breakthrough and those who want to make good profits from Forex/Crypto trading, as well as Stock trading and Binary options. Mrs. Elizabeth Bays is the best account manager for you. You can contact Mrs. Elizabeth through Email: elizabethbays70@gmail.comWhatsApp: +1(609)701-2234Facebook: Elizabeth Bays

The sale of our property was absolutely flawless. Ray was extremely pleasant to deal with. His communication was fantastic, he was able to work around the fact I was overseas during the entire process. Ray was simultaneously liaising with my Mum on my behalf, keeping her up to date on appointments as she was still living in the property. Thanks Ray and the team at premier properties. We highly recommend your services.

I recently sold my house using Premier Properties and when I first spoke to Gerry, he promised a personalised service. I can safely say Gerry delivered on his promise. I could not fault the service at Premier Properties and after all is said and done, Gerry managed to get the sale through at a higher rate than other Estate Agents had estimated. Thanks Gerry.

Stephen and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and support throughout the challenging process of selling our house. Their consistent communication over a year and a half, until the property was ready for the market, was truly commendable. We are immensely grateful for their assistance and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable real estate expertise.

She was so accommodating to my uniquely difficult situation. She was so lovely and professional while keeping me updated throughout. Can't thank her enough! ☺️

I recently used premier properties for the purchase and sale of my new and old home where I dealt with Ray and his colleague Stephen. They were on top of things at all times and ensured a smooth process with home report, viewings and offers. If I ever move home again I’d be happy to use them.

Do not use these Conveyancers, have gone downhill fast!!

We have used this company many times and had no issues, but this year it was a truly stressful process not helped by the Conveyancers used on both sale and purchase. From lack of professionalism, customer service, intrusive and insensitive enquiries, which we both nearly had a breakdown over. Truly disgraceful.Made to provide 7 years of bank statements, not at the outset, but asked for one period only to be asked for more, then again and again. Having to prove funds from an inheritance over 5 yrs previously, providing a will, very upsetting for my husband, to know that why should complete strangers know his mother's wishes were, with a complete lack of empathy, was really disgraceful and unacceptable. No confidence in conveyancer abilities, lack of contact. As experienced buyers and sellers, we were treated as if we were stupid, at not knowing the process.Being charged to prove who you are twice because you are already buying a property then selling, is just a rip off to get more money.Financial statements are constantly being raised but you can't compare to previous as it would be removed.Would be charged for things even though you opt out on more than one occasion. You have to be vigilant and keep close eye on everything.Think carefully before choosing this company, the only thing it has going for it is the eway system for uploading information, everything else is appalling.

I unfortunately had the task of selling my mothers house a task I have never done before. I contacted Premier properties Church Street Uddingston to seek they're help. I was given an appointment to meet Stephen at the property who helped me in a very professional way he explained everything to me in detail on how I had to go about selling the property which was very helpful to a first time seller. I was then contacted by Ray who assisted me again in a very professional manner by setting up and arranging for my home report and advertising for the house to be done, everything was done quickly and efficiently also I was informed immediately of every step taken. I highly recommend using premier properties as the service they gave to myself was outstanding and very professional mum's house had viewings and an offer within 24 hours...thanks guys

Great Local Business

I have used Premier Properties in Uddingston in the past and have always found them to be friendly and professional. I have just this year asked them to manage a rental property and would have no hesitation in recommending them. I can't believe how Stephen and his team have taken the stress out of renting out a property for me. I would never take this on myself again. Any problems that my tenant has are dealt with promptly, and at a reasonable cost. The recently refurbished offices are lovely, (and covid safe). It is always easy to get in touch, and phone calls are always returned promptly.

First class service from Premier

We recently sold our Property with Premier Properties and the service (and support) from start to finish was outstanding. I cannot rate both Stephen and Marlene highly enough. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went that extra mile to advise and support; they made the whole process simple, straightforward and overall, took on all of the stress of selling our home. Would recommend Premier 100% - they really take care of you at every stage; they are always available; extremely reliable and a fantastic support.

I would not recommend this company They will be in constant communication with you until you sign up then when you do they will not get in touch not keep you updated and you have to constantly phone them to see what’s happening to your property Then when you ask for your property to be removed from their site they will say it has but check a week later and it hasn’t Totally unprofessional company

Sold within a week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a house for a specific reason, the house happened to be, being sold by Premier Properties. I had no issues at all in going through the process of viewing and purchasing the house. I then wanted to sell my own, to be honest I could have went to loads of other companies, therefore it just made sense to use Premier Properties, I have to say Stephen was very efficient in all the dealing(s) given it was all carried out just at the Covid -19 ‘Lockdown End’ the house was well marketed, and over the course of viewings, we had 36 viewers over some 4 days !!!!, then Stephen put a closing date on, only one week after it was put up for sale, it sold at some 15% over the home report value !, Really Great service and I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend

I cannot recommend Stephen and the team at Premier Properties highly enough. Initially I wasn’t looking for a new property but wanted to find how I could convert my existing property to provide space for my elderly mother to move and live comfortably with us. I took advantage of Stephen’s good advice and a few months down the line, I decided to sell and Premier Properties were the obvious choice. The advice on house staging was spot on, even though I am a clutter bug and I didn’t follow it all to the letter, Stephen took it all in his stride. Professional advice, sterling service, very patient and never pushy. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service at Premier Properties

From the moment I contacted Premier Properties I felt I was supported with selling my house. Steven conducts his work with a high level of professionalism and support without the strong sales tactics that come with some companies. I would strongly recommend Premier Properties if you are selling your property in the local area. My experience was definitely smooth from start to finish. Thanks to Steven, Marlene and all at Premier Properties.
