GoogleWe recently purchased our first house and couldn't have done so without the help of Amy and her team at Davis Tate. All of our many questions were answered in a timely manner and it was never any trouble to provide us with much needed advice during the process. The additional help with chasing our solicitor on regular occasions was a great help! Highly recommended!

GoogleWe have just rented our house out through Davis Tate and found the whole process was super well organised. We received excellent support, especially from Geraldine Burgess, Jenny Turner & Jennifer King, who gave us great advice along the way, they clearly has excellent knowledge and experience of lettings and the rental market, which I believe was key to us achieving full asking rental income and that our house was also let so quickly.

She was always super quick at responding and proactively contacted both solicitors to ensure the process was constantly moving. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Davis Tate in general, any Jenny in particular.

Geraldine in particular always kept us updated throughout the negotiations and was very accommodating when we needed to arrange multiple visits from surveyors and builders both before and after exchange. We never felt pressurised when we had sold but not yet found a house and we appreciated their openness and honesty. Communication with all parties was excellent. YellHighly recommended and user-friendly Estate Agents
We sold a property through Davis Tate in Twyford which proved (as most property sales do) quite tense and took some time to achieve - mostly due to a prospective buyer pulling out at the last minute. However, I cannot speak highly enough of Jenny Turner and Megan in the office who absolutely where on top of everything and kept us informed at all times. They liaised closely with our solicitors, the buyer and their solicitors and did all they could to smooth the process. Highly recommended.
