It was a long process, 2years and 4buyers. However the one constant throughout this time was the commitment from the team at Davis Tate Twyford. Despite the various setbacks along the way they always remained positive and up-beat. We are more than happy to say we made the right choice to sell our house with Davis Tate.

Despite charging exorbitant fees, Davis Tate offer a terrible "management" service. Once they have your money, it seems that they could not care less. They have no control over the whims of the Landlord and appear surly and unwilling to assist throughout the whole process. Do not make the mistake that we did - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I am sorry to hear you feel you didn't receive a good service. If you could let us know which property it was you rented through us and your name we would be happy to discuss further the problems you encountered.
