Wow! Davis Tate in Twyford worked their socks off to sell our house! Firstly, Amy provided the professional and friendly first impression that put us at ease and we knew we were in capable hands. All viewings were conducted professionally and the service was excellent. When it came to the day of exchange, Geraldine was tenacious and did everything in her power to cross the finishing line on time. Even when it looked like things were going wrong further down the chain, she never gave up! We are so grateful to her for her grit and determination to see it through! Davis Tate have been outstanding! It isn't easy to sell houses in the current market but Geraldine and Amy did not let that stop them! Thank you so much!

It has been a stress full time moving house but without the help of this team we are not sure we would have made it. Amy was the lead in the early stages and found a buyer for us, quickly and in difficult market conditions. Then Geraldine took over and worked with great determination and persistnce to ensure that none of the many problems went unresolved. Heather has been my property Manager since January 2018. I have always found Heather to manage any queries at speed, and in a courteous manner. I have never had to chase Heather for updates or next steps which has improved my perception of Davis Tate and possibly previous Property Managers who were not so quick off the mark. I have been letting my current abode for 18 months, and I intend to extend my tenancy due to the great level of care I have received from Heather to date. Thank you!

Tracie has managed my property for the last 4 years while I have been working abroad. Her professionalism has been invaluable and her commitment to going the extra mile to help out during some significant issues (the property was struck by lightning!) was hugely appreciated. We then decided to sell the property and Lee has been equally impressive, chasing down the chain to ensure the sale went through and giving me enough information to feel involved while keeping some of the more stressful issues away from me until he'd dealt with them! All in all, a very impressive estate agency and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleI'm a buyer, so this review is quite literally unpaid for. The Mrs and I have recently purchased a property that was put on the market via Davis Tate, Twyford. The service has been impeccable, we've been updated every step of the way, most notably by Jenny and Geraldine. We were a little apprehensive about making the current stamp duty deadline, but the ladies at Davis Tate, have certainly put in the work to coordinate both sets of solicitors, to make sure we completed before the deadline. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them. I suppose we're very lucky the seller decided to market with Davis Tate, Twyford.

Having bought and sold twice previously, with other agents, and been really disappointed with the service at every turn, we've finally found an agent we can depend on. At every stage of the long buying and selling process, Amy and her team have been consistently brilliant at communication, keeping us updated on progress, and they have worked hard to keep the chain progressing. Jenny was extremely helpful and supportive when the property we applied for was unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances. She managed to offer us suitable accommodation and went beyond her duties to find out from the Council about schools and placements for our kids. During the entire process she kept us informed as well as the rest of her team about our application and situation. Great customer service is hard to find these days and Jenny managed to deliver on her promise. Thanks for the great help!

Geraldine was highly practical, pragmatic and diplomatic - everything you want in an estate agent when you are on the buyer-side, particularly when there are negotiations to be undergone. She never gave us any kind of a 'hard sell' and always let us make decisions ourselves, whilst ensuring we had all the facts. Additionally she recommended some good tradespeople. In what became quite a stressful transaction (aren't they all) Geraldine remained calm and helpful and was also very responsive. Amy was also very understanding of our position, and helpful. It's very difficult to direct my review at just one team member as I feel the whole team worked very hard to get a good result for me. During what seemed to be a long process Geraldine & Amy were very supportive of my situation and did everything they could to help speed my purchase along. The process was handled very efficiently with a quick response when information was required. I have dealt with Amy Shields also and Jenny. Every member of staff has been fantastic. Our house sale was not the smoothest ( due to buyer rather than anything else) but Davis Tate are without equal. They advise properly and assist in any way they can throughout the process. Using their conveyancing as well was a real bonus as it meant much less back and forth in terms of conversations and information. I would use them again without hesitation and would recommend any buyer or seller to use them.
