We recently purchased our property through Snellers Twickenham. Charlie made the process seem so simple, knew what we were looking for and even managed to negotiate an off market sell for us, which was fantastic. Charlie was very responsive, actually picked up the phone to talk to you, rather than just emailing. Charlie also ensured we were kept updated and touched base with us on a near weekly basis. Martin the estate agent is both warm and friendly, and also very helpful with a property search. I felt comfortable asking Martin any questions about properties, and at no point felt like Martin was being to pushy with a property. We are using Snellers for our current house move within the Twickenham area. In the slow pre-Brexit market at the end of 2019 we were in a position where we were ready to sell but waiting for the perfect house to come along. In order to get prepared, we had several Twickenham agents come in to look round and advise us and value our property. Aaron from Snellers was one of these agents and, similar to the others, gave a convincing pitch and appraisal of the apparent saleability of our property. Aaron indicated that Snellers “work the hardest” of all the agents in Twickenham, which at the time we took with a pinch of salt. The difference became apparent in the weeks that followed, as Aaron and Chelsea from Snellers made it their personal mission to find us the ideal house. This process involved showing us several houses to gauge and record our specific preferences, and included facilitating two off-market viewings, the second of which was the exact house we were looking for (and the house on which we exchanged contracts last week). It did not stop with agreeing the purchase of our new house. Within a few days of our offer being accepted, Snellers came in to take photos and to line up the launch for our own property. The particulars were created and within a week they had over 10 confirmed viewings lined up. After the first of our launch viewings and a long follow-up viewing on a Sunday (facilitated by Aaron personally on his day off), we agreed the sale of our house to a solid buyer with no onward chain. And that was it - our house was sold within a single day and the chain was completed! I can’t promise you the exact same experience that we had (finding you the perfect house and selling your property within a day!), but I would recommend Snellers’ services and would definitely use their services again. We’ve found that the Snellers work very hard to keep a sale on track leading up to exchange, have a diligent work ethic, are responsive, and of course (for us) supplied great final outcomes. We would like to extend our thank you to Aaron, Chelsea and team for a job well done!
