Pushy all the way.

In order to quicken a sale, Snellers suggested to use a Search from the previous Buyer saying it would save me money. Their Memoranda of Sale with unrealistic deadlines highlighted with a marker pen so unprofessional. To cap it all, the Vendor agreed my offer of the full asking price the day following viewing but would Snellers take it off the market as I requested. No. Not even show it as Under Offer or SSTC. They even had the nerve to say there might be further viewings. Also kept sending silly e mail reminders to my Solicitors every 2 weeks or so. My Solicitors and I spentfar more hours on not only my purchase but my sale in getting thetransactions across the line. Avoid.

Bias discriminatory tenancy referencing

I have over £100k in savings I own two businesses that earn over £450k pa but yet I cant pass a tenant reference for a house that is £1600pm? because the way my finances are laid out, savings not in a savings account, dividends not payroll etc yet people who work for me would pass? It’s a joke with bias parameters put in place to exclude a “certain type” of person. Well done. Not even sure how this is legal. Classism is a bad as Racism. And this feel like both

We're currently in the process of finding a place to rent. It is already a tiresome and tedious process, but Tilly has been making it worthwhile. Kieron Melly has been fantastic during the whole process of renting out my house. He always got back to me promptly if he wasn’t around when I phoned. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole procedure. More importantly the guy who is renting my place had recently lost his wife very suddenly. Kieron was always sympathetic and empathetic about the situation and between us I think we have really helped the gentleman who was trying to rent under such traumatic circumstances. A week ago I was too desperate to find a rental property in Twickenham for my family. I have two kids. School had started and my kids were with me swaying around one letting office to another while other kids were at school. I was looking at many online sites. In one of them I saw a property and It was in the Sneller's portfolio and went in to the Twickenham Office of Sneller's. I met Zach Povey there. He showed us a property. Eventhough we liked it very much, the Landlord rejected us for a certain reason. Zach did not give up and shared my info with the other offices around Twickenham. Great experience overall. We completed our purchase thanks to Cheryl's catalytic intervention. In fact, had it not been for Chelsea, the sale would have most certainly fallen through. She was resilient, persistent and kept everyone honest, including our - elusive and selective with the truth - sellers. A transaction like this can die a few deaths before it completes. Ours died at least three for various reasons. One regret I have is not taking Chelsea's advice on the solicitors. It could have been an unfortunate coincidence, but when the stakes are this high and there are so many variables that can go awry, don't risk one more. Nice team of people, happy to work with them in the future.

Charlie made the process seem so simple, knew what we were looking for and even managed to negotiate an off market sell for us, which was fantastic.
