Extremely disappointing experience with this branch in Twickenham. After contracts were signed and deposits were paid upfront, the agreement was suddenly withdrawn because the landlord decided not to proceed due to renovations not being complete making the residence inhabitable. This left my friend, who is 8 months pregnant might I add, in a very difficult position, having to urgently search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. And everyone must know how difficult the rental market is. Even after reaching out to the director and numerous agents, The way the situation was handled showed a real lack of accountability and care. Communication was poor, suitable properties were not properly presented, and our offer was not progressed as expected. It felt like our time and circumstances were not taken seriously at all. They claimed to be "trying to help" but wasted their time even more by showing my friend properties that were completely out of their criteria. Not to mention when discussed with the director he avoided any accountability and blamed it all on the owner. I would strongly advise to avoid this company if possible.

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE Snellers Twickenham. Absolute worst service from the Director, Alex to the manager, Jack and agents. They will simply waste your time and cause you so much stress. They have no care for human well being and just want to be paid. After signing a contract and paying all fees 3 months in advance, they breached the contract and told us the landlord no longer wanted to rent and we would need to find another property. At 8 months pregnant I was left desperately searching for a new property. Snellers were absolutely no help and instead continued to waste our time showing us properties outside of our criteria and would not even put our offer through.We then secured the same property through a different agency.

We appointed Snellers when selling our property as Chelsea and Martin were very motivated and gave us a feeling of experience and knowledge. We were updated throughout the process and got feedback from viewings, until we finally found a buyer and all went through perfectly. Chelsea and her team have been so professionally mannered, friendly efficient, always available. And they did the job! His quick responses and unrelenting chasing of the solicitors was invaluable near the end of the purchase.
