Purchased a house in March through the team at Snellers Twickenham. Found them to me prompt in their responses, always available (even out of working hours) and we always knew what to expect next. As expected some hiccups arose along the way and these were dealt with by the Director of the office (Aaron Baxter) and dealt with accordingly. Particular thanks to Justine Van Buren who was invaluable in helping us get to exchange. The guys in this office give estate agents a good name!

I have been a landlord customer for 5 years with Snellers TW. With each change of tenancy I consider changing to a new agent. The care and diligence of myself, and my tenants, have led me to remain with Snellers. The team have always gone the extra mile in helping find and settle new tenants. Most recently I have been given excellent support and guidance from Richard Gunning and Kieron Melly at the TW branch. This included sourcing and settling new tenants in the awkward Xmas period; sound advice on on-boarding new tenants with particular nuances to their backgrounds; great attention to day 1 for the new tenants; steering on more obscure legal points of tenancy change overs. All the while the fees have been kept competitive and value for service. Thanks to Richdard and Kieron for all the help!

I recently rented a Flat with Snellers after a friend recommended them and the service was great. Courtney was a joy to work with from the minute I walked into the office and she really went the extra mile to make things happen in a way that took the stress out of Flat hunting. Even with the odd glitch things were fixed quickly and efficiently and the after sales care has continued to be brilliant. It has been a 3 months journey with several Estate Agents to find suitable home for my family which includes foster children. This company, Twickenham branch have been ABSOLUTELY fantastic, especially Courtney Page. This lovely lady could not have done more for us, and not only is she fantastic she was lovely with it. The company had a horrendous time with the terrible company they use to do referencing and I feel that some would have given up. Lettings hub messed up SO much but Courtney's attitude is absolutely exemplary and she should be absolutely cherished by the company. We have dealt with a number of unprofessional, unkind estate agencies recently and this branch was a breath of fresh air. We move into our new property soon and we are so happy. After dealing with a few different agencies in our search for a rental property, Snellers really stood out from the crowd. Courtney was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help us find the right property. Snellers poor building management

The management of my flat block was changed to Snellers in May. I was selling at the time and needed some actions from the management company. Snellers sat on the requests and nearly derailed the sale. When we queried why there was no reply to the correspondence, Snellers sloped shoulders onto the previous agents who did a great (unpaid) job. The sale went through in July, since when I have had a number of emails and letters which should be going to the new owner. When I send them back, they say they can’t change this until informed. This is stupid. They are knowingly sending out incorrect items in the knowledge that they will have to do it again.Snellers. I know you don’t do proactivity but please ASK for the change directive rather than sit there doing stuff you know will need to be redone. ADVICE: do not fall into Snellers hands if you are looking for building management

I was very impressed with Snellers (especially Kieron Melly) as they found me a property within two weeks of my starting to look, and were consistently more on-the-ball than the other local lettings agents I signed up with (and there were a lot!). Kieron was also patient and professional during a few hitches with the references until finally everything was sorted out. I can definitely recommend. EDITED: I rented the property 10 months ago and would like to add a further comment that Anna Harrison has been an excellent property manager. There were a few issues with my flat when I moved in - a broken oven and a broken lock on my lounge door, things like that - and she organised a replacement and repairs very professionally and with good humour (the oven thing turned into a long story, not her fault, and she handled it brilliantly given how annoying it was!). So all in all I can thoroughly recommend all aspects of Snellers' service.

I have used Snellers in Twickenham both for a house purchase and also as a landlord. They have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. When I purchased my property they were not pushy and did not have the stereotypical style of estate agents and were courteous and efficient. The purchase went extremely smoothly. I believe I dealt with Sorin. I then approached them to let out my property and found them to be proactive polite and secured reliable tenants and are also managing my property. Kieron Melly was absolutely fantastic and so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in supporting me during what was a stressful time moving abroad and renting out my property. In terms of the management of my property, Anna Harrison has been absolutely brilliant. She is courteous and professional and always gets back to me and gives me assurance that my property is being looked after and well-managed whilst I am many miles away.
