GoogleWe put our home on the market in June 2021. We had problems from the start. In February 2023 we changed agents to Bracketts, Tunbridge Wells. What a difference! They communicated with us all the way, we accepted an offer soon after remarketing, and have exchanged today! Thoroughly recommend.

Tyson provides an excellent detailed report and is always is willing to talk it through sharing his expertise in a very helpful way. GoogleI was about to put zero stars. Long short story, called to rent a house since first day was added on the market but they was putting me to send email to different people, because they are busy apparently. Call them today to tell me that someone secure the deposit, really professional I can say.
I so sorry you feel aggrieved, I can confirm that the Tunbridge Wells market is probably the fastest it has ever been and in fact the massive increase in applicant enquiries has been recorded on Rightmove and has now made it into the national press. I’m afraid that demand has outstripped supply and all applicants are finding it challenging to secure a property. We do certainly need more property for the demand. All the best for your search.
