GoogleOur hob was scheduled for inspection by a gas engineer and found to be unsafe to use and it needed to be replaced by the landlady. One of the very helpful Wrights agents(Kathryn Tape) was in charged of sorting this issue for us. She was very helpful by following this issue with the landlady and found a contractor that managed to order a new hob to be installed in a short period of time. We are now back to normal cooking! Thank you

GoogleI lived in different areas of the country due to the nature of my job and I can gladly say Wrights Residential has been the best agency I came across so far. The quality of communication and professionalism from Wrights is top notch in my opinion. All the agents I came across during viewing or over telephone communications have been fantastic. My letting was mainly managed by Lucie, who has been always super helpful, and she went above and beyond throughout the whole process. A very well deserved 5/5 from me.

Jo is super enthusiastic about her job, very well versed, approachable, friendly ,prompt and accurate. Jo is a definite asset to wrights residential. our first experience with letting agents in the UK was not very pleasant but Jo has calmed the sence of anxiousness we may of had. the house is great and everything promised has come to fruition. Definately recomend Jo for all youre rental requirements. Current / New Tenants wiltshire property, melksham.

She was brilliant in answering our questions and made the whole process extremely easy, quick and simple. The team at Wrights have made us very welcome in our new home, and have given us complete confidence in our tenancy. Any points in and around the property that needed any attention have been looked at and delt with, with no fuss. Wrights have given great communication with us in organising contactors to help with any issues in the property. The Contractors sent to inspect any problems were fantastic and had brilliant workmanship in getting the jobs done. I would 100% recommended Wrights Residential. Fantastic service.
