We have recently taken on a property with Wrights Residential. Our agent was Katy who showed us around the property. She was brilliant in answering our questions and made the whole process extremely easy, quick and simple. The team at Wrights have made us very welcome in our new home, and have given us complete confidence in our tenancy. Any points in and around the property that needed any attention have been looked at and delt with, with no fuss. Wrights have given great communication with us in organising contactors to help with any issues in the property. The Contractors sent to inspect any problems were fantastic and had brilliant workmanship in getting the jobs done. I would 100% recommended Wrights Residential. Fantastic service.

After years with the most appalling excuse for an estate agents and a very difficult tenant I swapped to Wrights who absolutely restored my faith in humanity! After getting notice from our landlord we had to start looking for somewhere else with the current situation with renting we where worrying that we may not find anywhere as we also have two chocolate labs which makes it harder to find a property that would except pet I can't thank katy and wrights enough not only have they found us a lovely property they also went above and beyond what we expected as the owns would except one small dog but Katy called the owners on our behalf and within a few hours we had a call from katy she had explained to the landlord and managed too change there minds we are now moved in and we can't thank wrights enough for all there help we would strongly recommend them if you are looking to rent its was a pleasure from start to finish many thanks too you all

I have viewed a couple of properties being let through Wrights Residential, both times the viewing process has been quick and to the point. The staff there have been fantastic and prompt in their communication to me. The property that I now rent through them had a couple of maintenance issues which I flagged up and were resolved with absolutely no hassle.
