GoogleDon't waste your time and money ,they arranged a viewing, I caught a train booked overnight into a hotel for the viewing the next day only to recieve at text saying they have rent the property out ! So professional? I think not

GoogleWe purchased a house via Wrights. Laura was amazing, keeping up updated with weekly emails on the progress of our chain. She was really approachable and answered our queries promptly. If we ever move house again we will use Wrights to sell our property.

GoogleOutstanding and professional letting agent, Wright’s residential is by far the best in Trowbridge. Always helpful and aware of their customer needs, staff will not be satisfied until you are content. Particular member of staff Freya Townsend is always willing to go the extra way to help find the most suitable place to buy or rent particularly for first time buyers. Great company could not fault. GoogleI cannot rate wrights Residential high enough for the selling of my property. The property was on the market for 3 years with other estate agents and as soon as wrights took it on it it was sold. Laura was amazing, no chasing needed as she was on the ball 100% from start to finish. I would recommend them to everyone

GoogleOur hob was scheduled for inspection by a gas engineer and found to be unsafe to use and it needed to be replaced by the landlady. One of the very helpful Wrights agents(Kathryn Tape) was in charged of sorting this issue for us. She was very helpful by following this issue with the landlady and found a contractor that managed to order a new hob to be installed in a short period of time. We are now back to normal cooking! Thank you
