As this was our first time to rent out a property we obviously had plenty of questions and the prompt reply to our emails , phone calls blew us away . GoogleMyself and my husband were very impressed with the service from Wrights. Especially Lucy who was incredibly responsive in terms of meeting my daughter and her boyfriends needs in looking for a property. The speed at which she responded to myself and my husband was faster than Elon Musks rocket shooting into space. Her skills of communication were second to none and a speedy outcome occurred with my daughter and her boyfriend being moved into the property in the fastest time I have ever known an estate agent to get tenants into a property. Everyone is happy and it's win win all around and I hope Lucy enjoys her reward.

GoogleSeldom do I find a company worth writing a review on but I am delighted to recommend this agent for its professionalism and responsiveness. In particular, Abigail has been terrific from day one when I had been badly let down by one of her competitors who had failed miserably to undertake a letting service for me. Abbie arranged to have the property painted and decorated, some minor repairs undertaken and fully carpeted with the minimum of fuss, all in a timely way. She found a tenant and completed an inventory with pictures in a wholly professional manner. GoogleI have dealt with Wrights Residential to rent and sell a property and I've been thoroughly impressed by their honest and professional customer service from the very beginning. I rented my property due to a relocation using the full management service and honestly couldn't have chosen a better agency to oversea any issues in my absence. Laura and Ceira kept me informed throughout the whole sale process and were a pleasure to liase with. GoogleI recently approached wrights for a property as me and my partner were relocating to the area for work. Time was running out fast and letting a property looked impossible due to today's climate but wrights stepped up to make it there personal mission to not only find us a property under pressure, but find us the perfect property! I would like to add at this point that abbie was the agent dealing with us direct and was a breath of fresh air, not only did she go above and beyond to find us the perfect home, but her communication throughout the whole process was fantastic! I would highly recommend wrights and will only use them going forwards should I ever need to move!

GoogleSimply the BEST Letting Agency in Wiltshire!!!! We have been looking for property for my family and I to move in and current lockdown laws have made this quite challenging to both the letting agents and us (potential clients). Wrights Residential has a system in place that is very accomodating to not only meet the social distancing guidelines but surpass them and complete and total client satisfaction in how they communicate, operate and manage their business in such unprecedented times. Special mention and thanks have to go to a lovely and very pleasant lady in their Wiltshire office, Miss Abigail Howell. Abbie has been a real gem and a rare breed indeed. Her efficiency, professionalism, support, and care is just awe-inspiring. A real asset to the company. From start to finish the whole process to let our property was smooth , proffessional and a complete can do attitude . This company can not do enough for you. They came out to value within 48 hours of a email enquiry. Walking into the office your made to feel welcome and part of there office family. They offer very competitive rates and their communication is constant. Poor Hayley was hounded by me in the evenings late after work and i was shocked to get replies. If you are looking for a house to rent or buy , or you are putting your home on the market yourself, i would really 110% recommend wrights ! GoogleI was a tenant at a Wrights Residential flat for 7 years. I found that the estate agents were always pleasant people to talk to and happy to help when anything went wrong. They always gave plenty of notice for inspections or if they needed to access the flat for any other reason. A few times fixes took longer than I would have liked but this was down to the landlord rather than the estate agent so I can't fault them for that.

GoogleWe’ve been in our flat which is under Wrights Residential for almost 3 1/2 years now and planning to stay longer. Their staff have been accommodating and very helpful particularly at time that something’s broken in the flat. They take action very quickly. Special mention to Abbie, their property maintenance manager who’ve been really nice and kind in sorting our problem. Well done!

From first viewing to the day I picked up the keys, they were always in close contact with me and fully explained everything so that I was able to understand. I found them extremely proactive and the entire process was trouble- and stress free. GoogleI am a first time buyer and as most first time buyers know, it is a daunting and stressful process. Laura was the person I dealt with the most and she has been brilliant throughout. The process had delayed at one point due to some miscommunication between solicitors, but everything was dealt with swiftly by Wrights. Laura in particular constantly kept me updated with regards to the progress and what the next steps were until the end. I got my keys today as well and I can't praise this company enough and the help that they provided throughout. If you do plan on buying a property, you will not go wrong by collaborating with Wrights Residential; it's a friendly but very professional company. GoogleI personally dealt with Claire at Wrights when viewing the property. Well what can I say, from the start she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. It was like meeting a friend! She showed me round the property in a professional manner and highlighted many useful points. She answered all my questions brilliantly and was friendly and smiley throughout! As a result I gained the property that I fell in love with and would like to thank Claire personally for her help throughout. GoogleJo from Wrights and her colleagues have been lovely to deal with as we let a beautiful flat from them. They have been incredibly responsive and lovely to deal with ! Abbie has since become our main go-to person and she has been an absolute dream. She is extremely responsive, helpful and fair in any dealings with us and our landlady - we couldn't feel more lucky to have Abbie as our agent!
