Wrights offer a professional sales and letting service. In my business I have used numerous agents over the years..I recently decided to use Wrights and although I don't often review a company or service provider must say that the staff have consistently given me positive results and a first class service. Staff are always available and offer a down to earth, honest approach. Horrible experience! Rented one of their most expensive houses and were plagued with problems throughout the years tenancy. The worst landlord and agent I have ever dealt with! Even got stung for the deposit as I had so much evidence the DPS didn’t / couldn’t open the large file. I’m told this normally isn’t an issue as most tenants only hand in a cover letter. A very expensive lesson learnt and the first time I’ve ever had an issue renting.

Professional and friendly in every way. Have recently vacated a rental property that was managed by Wright's. In the 2.5 years we lived in the property nothing was to much trouble. We had a few issues/repairs, and everything was always sorted promptly and officiently. We've rented through some shocking agents in the past, and to find an agent that has genuine pride in their job and cares for their tenants is lovely. Thank you very much to all the staff at Wright's for making our time in the property we rented an enjoyable one.

Wrights Residentual have been our letting agent for 3 properties over many years, so I have a lot of experience of there outstanding service, accommodating staff who are always willing and able to help. Adam Wright has looked after us so well with the help of the ladies in the Trowbridge office. Better than any other agent by far that I have experience of. A prime example of just how caring and good at there jobs they are, I had a personal situation with my grandson needing help, Adam came straight to the property, spoke to the owner and my grandson and daughter moved in temporarily within an hour. The difference with Adam and Wrights is it’s not just a job, Adam and his staff really care. Thankyou Adam

When I had left a long term relationship with my 3 year old son Wright's helped me find a property who was willing to accept housing benefit in the local area so it wouldn't upset my son's school and his needs etc, and they have been a good support to myself and my son nothing is ever too much of a problem should anything go wrong in my rented house they are always quick to get on with sorting the problems out and the staff are all so friendly and reliable should I need them. I've been renting through Wright's for nearly 4 years and they are great. This is why the win awards as they are great.

I would recommend Wrights to everyone who is looking to rent, as that's what they helped us with. I popped into Wrights to book a viewing and we had discussions about what type of place my partner and I were interested in and they sent emails about the properties that would be of interest to us, keeping to the price, location and number of bedrooms we wanted. When we got shown the houses there was no pressure from the agents that showed us around and they didn't speak about fees until we expressed interest in a place. They were definitely the cheapest in renting fees but their quality of service was the best. They were patient and helped us when we had to do our application forms and were super helpful in answering any queries and replied to emails quickly. They kept us updated with the property we were interested in and I couldn't fault them at all. Would recommend them to everyone.

We had a very bad hick up with our current estate agents and landlord and we was facing an eviction along with having cervical cancer. We went to wrights and from the start of they was really nice, polite, patient, caring and supportive. We now don't need to vacate where we are living currently but, with wrights support and Abbie in particular we felt that our situation was taking seriously and they couldn't of done anymore to of helped. If we were to ever look for somewhere else to live, we will 100% be using Wrights in the future. Superb service!!
