GoogleI had the chance to work with Grace Casely, she is the best by far, all went smoothly from viewing the flat to signing the contract. I had a very bad experience with previous agent and started to lost hope on all agents, but she proved me wrong, they’re are very professional ones out there (and she’s one of them!). Big thanks to Grace :) and looking forward to moving to my new flat soon!

Despite not ultimately doing business with her, Tiegan remained unfailingly helpful, arranging numerous property viewings and providing invaluable advice. I would recommend him as a realtor because he was so compassionate and was able to help me move in so quickly. He checked in with me even days after I moved into my apartment. He called me for a visit before I check posts on rightmove, making deal and sign contract in the SAME DAY. There's nothing to complain, nothing to worry about Jason. He's fantastic! As a Hong Konger who immigrated to the UK for the first time, I am unfamiliar with life. Fortunately, I met Jason Segovia from foxtons. He is as efficient as the Hong Kong people. GoogleExcellent service. I was able to contact a Foxtons agent Antoniya Jackson, and the service she provided was exceptional. The service was very personalized, she helped me in every step of the process and managed to help me find an excellent 1 bedroom flat with all the characteristics that I needed. Antoniya and Foxtons were always available when I needed them and they answered all the questions and doubts I had during the process. GoogleSonny Rogers is the ultimate professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sonny dealt with my sale and purchase and if it wasn't for his time, care, attention, pro-activeness and support, the transactions would have fallen through. I instructed Foxtons after being messed around on my sale by another agent and so I was without a buyer and my purchase was at an advanced stage but Sonny worked extremely hard to find me another buyer in a short timescale ensuring that my purchase stayed on track. His communication was excellent throughout and he meticulously followed up on every question I had and even now is helping on post-completion queries. I was also very impressed by Sonny's manager Thomas Holmes who kept a close eye on progress and would check in at appropriate times which was very much appreciated. GoogleFoxtons were brilliant - from the initial viewings all the way through to the Completion of the sale. Billy Brooks was my key contact at Foxtons and the knowledge, responsiveness, support and time management that he brought to this sale was the key to it's success. Where other parties (sellers lawyers, mortgage advisors etc) were slower at responding or lacked attention to detail surrounding the queries being raised, Billy always ensured that he was doing everything within his power, in addition to continually going over and above for the last 4 months to help me get what was required to drive this sale to a close. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

GoogleTerrible experience with this agency both as tenant and as a home buyer. Staff is unresponsive, careless and sloppy. They cancel appointments at short notice and do not follow up to rearrange. Most of their communication is incorrect and they need to be constantly chased to rectify. As a tenant, they refunded my deposit two months after the landlord’s green light, when it should have been 10 days.

GoogleAvoid! Unprofessional and scammers. Foxtons became our agency after they bought the previous we were renting. Many incidents along the whole tenancy but the surprises came at the end (of course). More than a month before we had to leave the property i emailed them to ask how much would be our total rent, as it wasn't a whole month and we had some extra balance in our account. Shan, answer with a certain amount. Of course that is the amount we were expecting to pay, as we asked. A surprise came when they charged us in the last month more than 500£ on top that amount. After a couple of calls with someone very helpful on the phone. We figure out that: First, Shan told us the wrong amount (it's kind of the basic of the job) and Secins they also did the maths wrong to pay by the number of days we were left in the property. So at the end the final bill comes at 150£ on top of the first quote. I can imagine Shan's mistake is a human mistake (poor professionalism) but the second mistake is a Foxton's mistake. I can't imagine how many people are not paying attention to these details or just paying when they get an email of warning. Feel like Foxtons are a bunch of scammers. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Shanique Thomas at Foxtons, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. She initially arranged a viewing for 5:00 PM but called at 3:00 PM on the day to push it back to 5:30 PM. I didn’t mind the change and arrived at the property promptly at 5:30 PM. However, when I tried to contact her, I called twice, both went straight to voicemail. I followed up with an email to confirm if the viewing was still happening, but I received no response. NOTHING. I stood in the freezing cold for half an hour, waiting and wondering what had happened. With no communication for the next two days, I honestly started to think she’d lost her phone or had been in an accident, it was that baffling and unprofessional. Two days later, I enquired online about another property, and she finally called me back. Her explanation for ghosting me? She casually said she "got stuck at work." No apology. No acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Just a cold, matter-of-fact statement. It was as if she didn’t care at all about the time she had wasted or the complete lack of professionalism she’d displayed. To make matters worse, she had the audacity to ask if I was still looking to rent. When I told her I wasn't looking to rent, she had the nerve to question me, pointing out that I’d just enquired about another property. I had to explain that, yes, I was still searching, but I refused to deal with her again. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. If this is the standard of service Foxtons provides, I want no part of it. Renters deserve to be treated with respect, not as an afterthought.

I rented a property managed by Foxtons for five years and one month. We paid rent on time every month and never had a complaint raised against us. Then we tried to leave.
