Finally, a review I am genuinely happy to write. I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Finn. From start to finish, he was exceptional. Professional, responsive and truly invested in making the process as smooth as possible. Finn went above and beyond to keep things moving, he provided clarity, offered reassurance throughout. We even shared some good laughs along the way! What really stood out was his transparency and communication. Finn is highly competent and genuinely cares about his clients. I had a great experience with Faizan while viewing properties. Over a long period of time, he followed up consistently without ever getting tired, which I really appreciated. We viewed many properties together, and throughout the process, he remained patient, professional and fully committed. Faizan was always available to answer my questions and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and made sure to show options that genuinely matched my requirements. Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Tee from Foxtons. It was a bit difficult finding a flat to rent from the States, but the second I spoke with Tee, she was on it! I was so grateful to that connection and felt like someone on the other side of the pond was really looking out for us. Beyond her scope, she was even helpful regarding areas to live and close transportation which were important considerations for us. Tee went above and beyond to discuss flats with my husband I and was relentless in pursuing the best deal that could be made.
