Avoid renting from this agency at all costs. I rented an apartment from them, and it was completely unfit for human habitation, no heating, no hot water, and infested with bugs. Despite calling them daily to address these issues, they failed to provide any solutions. To make matters worse, they charged me for heating that didn’t work and were unresponsive during emergencies. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

We were lucky enough to be able to work with David Morgan through our rather chaotic flat haunt. He was above and beyond throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was honest, straight-forward, professional, patient and very friendly. Regrettably, my experience with this letting agency has been overwhelmingly negative. The professionalism and level of support provided are severely lacking. Internal gossip among staff members about tenants and communication mishaps have been distressing. During a recent phone call at 10:35, a customer service advisor audibly ridiculed our inquiry about scheduled viewings, displaying a lack of courtesy and respect. Despite our attempts to address these issues through email, the Operations Manager, Ketan, has consistently ignored our concerns, exacerbating the situation. Overall, the branch appears poorly managed, with staff members displaying disrespect towards tenants. While initial contact during property searches may be prompt, the agency’s responsiveness declines significantly when dealing with resale inquiries, often resulting in disrespectful and inconsistent communication. In summary, I would caution against engaging with this letting agency due to their unprofessionalism and disregard for tenant satisfaction.

We cannot recommend Foxtons enough. Sam absolutely went above and beyond in the final stages of our extremely complicated and fragile transaction to save it. He could not have done more or taken it more seriously. Our buyer’s solicitors were extremely poor and the result was Foxtons really stepping in to keep it all together. I now fully see the value in Foxtons and would always use them again.
