Ernest Brooks helped me find my flat in a really tough market. I engaged with Oli at the start of my search as I would be relocating to the UK, and he was nothing but incredible throughout. Oli walked me through the entire process, was very responsive and even when a flat I really wanted went off the market, he kept me in the loop and eventually when it came back around, Oli help me secure it. Would definitely recommend working with him!

STAY AWAY! They were good and helpful five years ago when renting the flat but right now this company is absolutely terrible and severely mismanaged. Getting your deposit back can turn into a nightmare! Key people in their property management team change very frequently and of course new team members don't know anything about ongoing processes. We had to wait for nearly five months to get our deposit back and they still did not notify one of the energy providers about the new tenants since January 2023 (which is now affecting our credit score because we are getting unpaid invoices). I would give zero stars if there was an option. Geniunely stay away!

Can't believe I had never used this company before this. Recently moved into the most perfect property and couldn't be happier. Habib did an amazing job helping me, great communication which is difficult getting anyone in the property industry with how competitive it is at the moment. Habib got back to me quickly with any queries i had and understanding due to the amount of properties and estate agents that have let me down in the past. Just a very professional company and would recommend asking for Phoebe if your looking to move.

Disorganised and mismanaged

I've not had the best experience with this estate agency. In a nutshell:- Mismanaged: The property we rented was supposed to be professionally cleaned. At the time of moving in, the property was in an unacceptable state with dead bugs here and there, spider's webs, etc. Complaint resulted in nothing - we were told to leave the property in the state we found it. I will find it quite amusing to be placing dead flies here and there at the end of tenancy :)- Disorganized: It's a second time my partner and I are accused of non-payment. Advice: either fix your faulty systems or triple-check your banks before accusing someone and disturbing them at work.- Long waiting time and no result: At the time of moving in, we reported a faulty flush. The maintenance person came in a good 5 months later and told us that this is the way the flush is and nothing can be done - that being said, if you press it like a normal person, nothing works. Sounds indeed like this is how the flush should work.- Missold: Upon seeing some marketing for building development at the time of viewing the flat and inquiring about it, the salesperson advised that he has checked and, quoting: nothing will be built for at least 2 years because, again, he has checked it. 3 weeks into the tenancy, a massive development of 4 buildings is being built literally against our building, preventing us from peace and blocking the Thames view we got the property for.- Constant changes: If I'm not mistaken, we've had 4 or 5 property managers now. Can't even keep track of them.Do I recommend the agency? Absolutely not.
