Accepted offer, took in deposit, passed referencing, agreed move in day, the property didn't have an EPC!!!

After all the hassle of referencing, paying 1 week holding deposit, agreeing move in date, having signed a pre contract, I was told I couldn't move in since the property didn't have an EPC, didn't have a heating system, the leaving tenants lived 11 years at the Property, and they had to buy and install radiators themselves, that of course would take with them since the Landlord refused to pay for.I trusted the Agent, Radyah Sultana, who sent me a video of the Property and assured me everything was fine and of course I could trust Ernest-Brooks reputation.The leaving Tenants never paid for TV Licence since the property wasn't even registered, didn't pay for Council Tax for 6 years either due to the same issue.The Flat and Building would never pass a Council Revision, and this is something Ernest-Brooks International knows perfectly well. The building looks like it will fall apart, only stairs (no lift) that don't comply with the minimum Health and Safety of the Council, no Emergency Exit, no Fire Extinguishers, extremely dangerous.I was told to wait 1, 2 or who knows how many weeks to be able to move in. Initial agreed move in date was the 17th of July, and then I was told maybe the 24th of July would be possible.Of course I told them to return my deposit and I walked away from this horrible Agency and Flat.Please don't trust them, they have no empathy, moral values, or decency towards the Tenants.Only very fast to take money. Absolute scammers.Stay away, not reputable at all.Response to the Updated Ernest-Brooks Response:What are you trying to do?
