GoogleWe've been working with Cluttons and Hannah Wootton in particular for the last four years. We are extremely happy with their support and help with our property. The flat has never been vacant for more than a hand-over period, they have given sane and useful advice on rates, and are always quick to fix issues from our tenants. If you want to work with a local agents, we highly encourage you to look at Cluttons.

We recently sold a second property through Cluttons Tower Bridge. Coincidentally we bought this property through Cluttons 17 years ago. The agents were very helpful with a difficult buyer and went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through. If we wanted to buy another property in the area we would definitely go back to Cluttons.

I have never experienced such utter chaos. Cluttons have absolutely no idea how to manage a tea party, let alone a property. They lost check-in documentation, they didn’t respond to multiple repair requests, and your point-of-contact changes on a monthly basis!Absolutely impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Their high staff turnover is a clear indication of the chaos internally! Avoid them at all costs!

Please, please if you are taking the time to read these reviews because you’re considering any interaction or business with this underhanded cowboy company take heed! From soaring, unjustified or explained management fees, to being uncontactable, not assessing pressing issues and charging for maintenance issues that don’t exist and a disappearing sinking fund, our list of problems due to their mismanagement is huge. When we have asked for an audit of their expenditure of OUR money they say they audit themselves! Do not get involved with anything that gives them access to bill you.

GoogleI wish there was a zero star option. 7 weeks after I moved our I still don’t have our rent deposit repaid. Total shambles of an organisation. Stay clear. This is the second time this has happened with the WAPPING location. What a shame.
