GoogleAfter a long search for accommodation i found cloud rooms who are having best properties with perfect budgeted rates according to every individual
Their whole team is great and helpful, first i came into contact with Mr. Rhenan for more clarification for property and after that i was connected with Mr. Raj from cloud rooms who guided me through the whole process and steps including price information etc for booking property and then i paid the initial deposit but afterwards i came to know room was not suitable for me as i wanted a double sharing accomodation so I asked a refund and cloud rooms team coordinated with me and guided me the whole refund process and finally my full initial deposit money came to my account safely in the time mentioned by cloud rooms team.
The complete team is very soft spoken and helping in nature 😊
I am very happy with their service.

Every time that I had to ask for an help or clarification, they were always happy to help me in the best way. I was a respectful payer, paying in advance my rent and when I decided to leave before of the end signed on the contract, i had to find a replacement for my room, replacement that I found in one single day having seen the rental situation in London where there is a lot of demand. I followed their instruction amd managed ti move out without paying fees and receiving back my full deposit.
A little mansion about the best agency guy that iever found. Raj !! Mr. Raj of this agency is thr best of London! If you deal with him, you van feel serenity and trust constantly!! He is litterally the best of the best.

GoogleCouldn't praise more the dedication this agency has, since when I started to enquire about a double room for me and my partner i could notice that everything was followed up very well, from Mr Rhenan with whom I booked the appointments and requested informations, to Mr Raj that was the most nice person I have ever met so far. The property were very nice and the suggestions that Mr Raj gave me were spot on. Unfortunately I was too slow to draw my offer and I lost my desired room. At the time of viewing, there were 5 different groups of people who wanted to book the flat, but I managed to get it first.
Highly appreciated the transparency & clear communication provided by their agent Mr. Raj - who mentioned about the FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE Policy, whereby he asked me to pay a Holding Deposit of 1 weeks rent to secure the room and then follow the process of submitting all my documents to Arthur from the referencing team who takes over like a Superstar 🌟
Raj also promised that if my referencing had failed, then I would get a refund of my Holding Deposit back in my account, which made me even more comfortable to pay the reservation holding fee. Thankfully there was no refund required as I manged to move into my dream home 🏡

GoogleI have had a really wonderful experience with Cloudrooms.
The agency provides you with a great room, great flat with facilities and services provided at a wonderful location with a reasonable rent rate considering the current rent market situation.
Raj and the other agents (I can't seem to remember them by name right now) are super helpful every step of the way.
The rent process is very straightforward.
I think if I ever plan to stay in London for the longer term, I'd definitely choose Cloudrooms as my preferred choice of agency.
My only criticism of them would be is their maintenance team. They don't respond to issues swiftly as they should.
However apart from that, I've had a wonderful experience with them and I'd love to be their client again if looking for a place in London.
